“I had ordered the purple variant of clipping.'s 2020 album Visions of Bodies Being Burned and upon delivery the packaging was damaged, as well as the album sleeve (likely from the delivery personnel). I reached out to Kings Road Merch and sent them some pictures. They sent me a replacement within a week's time. The replacement was in perfect condition. They were helpful and professional throughout the entire process. 5 star customer service!”

Hello, the item you purchased arrived to you safely and undamaged. All of the details about this cardboard bluetooth speaker that you purchased were listed in the description of the item. Apparently you were unhappy with the item once you received it and requested a refund and sent it back to us. We sent you a full refund for your order as soon as we received the return. You then demanded a refund for the cost of shipping the item back to us which is something we do not do and is clearly stated in our return policy. Thank you.

“Bought two sweatshirts and both are pretty cheaply constructed. One is a full zip and the zipper is plastic and jamming up. I would pay more for better products. I love the band I am representing and spending extra for superior material would be worth it.”
