“I bought a blanket and a shirt from their webstore, I paid extra for two day shipping. Got it a week and a half later and was missing the shirt. Sent an email asking about the missing shirt and requested a refund for the shipping a couple of days ago. Yet to hear anything back.”

“I'm disappointed with how my order went. I purchased something from Rise Against on the second of December for my brother as a Christmas present. After almost two weeks of waiting and trying to figure out where my order was, and why it wasn't shipping, I received an email that the item was no longer in stock. Although I would be reimbursed, I did not get the item that was supposedly available. This was something we were both looking forward to, and now he will not be getting what he wanted most for Christmas. If the item was out of stock, it should have notified me before I made any purchase at all. I am unhappy.”

“it took two weeks to dispatch the order (understandable due to black friday, but still). however when the order had finally shipped we received an email to say that one of the hats was out of stock and we were going to be refunded. we wanted TWO and would have asked for two of the same colour, or a different design. this was a poor choice and we should definitely should have been given an option.”
