“Awful. Ordered an item that never arrived. I reached out for an update at least three times with no response until finally finding their Facebook profile a month later and messaged them there. A day or two later I was told the item isn’t in stock even though my order had been listed as in-transit. I requested a refund which, to their credit, did arrive the following day. Never again.”

Yeah, that sucks. Those onesies were on backorder and what was normally a 2 week expectation - we've been waiting two months (the blanks just shipped to the printer 10 days ago). As you said, the refund was given. We always inform people of pre-order or backorder, and navigating these unexpected delays has resulted in some crappy situations. Hopefully we get you back someday. “I ordered a 2x size Interrupters shirt. It was a little expensive, but I went for it anyway. It took a long time to arrive, and it's very small for a 2x, so it doesn't even fit me. It'd be awesome if you would add tall sizes to your shirt selection.”
