“Was disappointed in the coloring of the print on the shirt I ordered. The advertised picture was vibrant and colorful. The print on the shirt it's self is faded in color on the red, white and blue.”

“I ordered a vinyl record that included a free MP3 download. The digital download link did not work and I had to reach out to get a new one. The record was shipped on February 10 and I didn't receive it until March 5. It was clearly the USPS' fault but still part of the experience. The record I received sounds extremely scratchy and full of static. I've tested against other records and it's the only one with that problem. Pretty disappointed as I really love the record and would love to listen to it on vinyl but the sound is awful. Pretty disappointed.”

“Waited 4 months for record. When it arrived it had split in cover. I contacted support. And they shipped me new copy asap. Very pleased with the speed of fixing the issue ..”

“This review is in reference to my order of 3 Every Time I Die Lps. The record “From Parts Unknown” has a defective loop in the pressing that almost all reviews I’ve seen online seem to have. I reached out and was told it would be replaced in 2 weeks. That was almost a month ago and I’ve reached back out and have not received a reply. Disappointed you guys are shipping out lps that are clearly defective and then not following up with people about solving the issue seems shady. Ive spent a lot of money with you guys over the years. Disappointing. Case Update: CA233742 - Order #389448”

Hello, we actually sent out a replacement for that missing picture disc back in January but after looking into this issue it seems like the USPS must have lost the package before ever scanning it into their system.
