“Terrible customer service from Kings Road Merch. I preordered an album from Kings Road and I received a shipment notification. The shipment was marked as pre-shipment, label created and stayed that way for three weeks. When I reached out to Kings Road via email I received no response. I then reached out via their Facebook Messenger, which elicited a response within 30 minutes asking for the order number. I immediately sent the order number and then received no response for over 24 hours. When I responded asking what was happening, I received a response that customer service was working on the issue. That was a week ago, with no response at all from Kings Road. I will never use this service again. I could have ordered from another company and had the album almost a month ago.”

Hello, your order was originally shipped out on 5/6 but it looks like USPS must have lost the package before they ever checked it in. Since it was shipped media mail, it's not uncommon for these packages to take a few weeks to be delivered, sometimes the tracking never updates and then randomly just gets delivered. We had responded to let you know about this and to see if it showed up and once we knew it was lost we issued a replacement order. Before that could be shipped you wanted the order canceled and refunded so we issued a full refund on your order. Apologies for the inconvenience with this order but once a package leaves our warehouse we have no control over how the carrier handles the package. Unfortunately, this one got lost and we were happy to issue a replacement order but since you would rather have a refund we processed that right away once it was requested. Thank you.

Hello, we're sorry to hear about this issue. It looks like this shirt came in a mystery goodie bag so I'm not sure exactly which shirt you received. However, this is the first we've heard about this happening with any shirts from this store. “Wrong size shirt was delivered. Requested 3 mediums. Received 2 mediums and a small. One of the mediums fit like a youth medium. Was only able to use 1 of 3 shirts.”

Hello, this item was actually a pre-order as noted in the description for this item in the store. We were told we'd have these in stock already but they've been delayed by the manufacturer. Before we got to the original ship date for this item we sent out an email to all customers who had pre-ordered to alert them of the delay. We expect to have them in stock soon and will be shipping out orders right away once they arrive. Thank you!

“Kings Road Merch has great quality merchandise and shipping, even international, is pretty quick, which is why I tend to keep coming back (despite the undesirably high international shipping costs to Canada, seeing as there is no Canadian store for any of my favourite artists and I must purchase from the US store). However, customer service definitely requires some improvement, as well as the technological side of things (such as the website). I am unable to log into my account or check any order statuses, because the website insists my account does not exist, however if I try to recreate my account, it tells me an account with that email address already exists. I reached out on the website/through email and received no response, and when I reached out on Facebook, all they did was tell me to login using a different browser--I had already tried 3 different browsers and 2 different devices. When I explained this, I received no response at all, and I still cannot log into my account.”

Hello, this order shipped out on 1/4/23 and the tracking shows it was delivered on 1/7/23. The last email we have from you in our system is from a different order back in 2020. If you did not receive this order, please email us at support@kingsroadmerch.com and we'll be happy to help fix this situation but everything on our end shows it was delivered to you when it should have months ago. Hello, the shipping costs are simply based on the weight of the item and the shipping method chosen by the customer. It looks like your order was charged $5.75 for media mail shipping on a LP which is what it should be. Thank you for your order.
