“Ordered Bad Religion hat with blacked out wordmark on front and blacked out crossbuster on back of hat. Hat arrived and crossbuster logo on back was the regular one, not blacked out. This isn't a huge deal, but I don't think it's too much to ask to make sure that the product in the photos is the same one that gets packaged before you send it out.”

Hello Dalton, The CD you purchased released on 6/11 and we shipped your CD on 6/8 - unfortunately with the media mail shipping that was chosen it just takes the USPS a bit longer to deliver those packages so it arrived after the 6/11 street date. We shipped out the orders for this CD as soon as the CDs arrived to our warehouse. We're sorry you didn't received your download for the CD - we'll go ahead and email that to you now. Thank you!

“Great products & decent customer service but order fulfillment & shipping are pretty terrible. And when it comes to pre-orders this company is the worst. Things NEVER come out when they say. This last pre-order I did really took the cake. Kings Road was pointing fingers elsewhere which wouldn't have bothered me except that they constantly have pre-order problems.”

The item you ordered took much, much longer to have produced than we we're told it would from the manufacturer. Whenever we had updates on the progress of this item we sent out emails to everyone who had ordered it. We do apologize for how long this specific item took to get out to customers. Supply chains around the world are still backed up from covid-related delays but we're working every day to get all merchandise delivered to us as quickly as we can.
