“Used to be great. Then I emailed them to let them know a price was printed wrong on their website and got a rude response. And you also used to be able to combine shipping from stores and they no longer do that so I'm probably not going to shop there anymore.”

“Horribly disappointed. Ordered a hoodie on March 10th, still hasn't been delivered. Haven't heard anything from the company. You certainly took my money quick enough. I've filled out the where's my order form several times. Nothing. My last order with this company for sure.”

“I had ordered the Shipping Up To Boston Raglan on the website, and was charged promptly. After a few days I received and email saying they had sold out of these and the refunded my payment. They overall experience was disappointing, but they were honest about letting me know they didn't have the product, and refunded it before I even got my first email from them. Good business practices, but just a disappointing situation. Unfortunately I guess, these are the times we are in. I will still continue to order from them, I always enjoy supporting the boys any chance I get.”

“I have used Kingsroad merch a few times now and the experience has been great. After a package looked to be stuck/lost I reach out to customer service and got an immediate response. They were able to send a new item out and it came in priority mail. The customer service is excellent. I will continue to do business KingsRoad in the future!”

“They respond and ship really fast. The quality of some of the shirts are a little cheap and they shrink quite a bit so keep ‘em out of the dryer. But I like supporting my favorite bands so I will buy from Kings Road again”

“I pre ordered 9th & Walnut LP (Sea Blue) in May and didn’t receive it until December. I kept seeing different colored variants at my local record shop which made me regret pre ordering this one. I understand that there was a delay on the manufacturers end, but kings road merch didn’t even really try to rectify it. A sticker or a 10% discount for next purchase would have been nice. It also pretty frustrating that they said it was limited to 2,000 copies, but it still up in the website for purchase.”

Yes, this LP was delayed by the manufacturer and we emailed all customers to alert them of the delay to keep everyone in the loop as to when they could expect their order to arrive. The sea blue vinyl is limited to 2000 copies but it hasn't sold out yet so it's still available for purchase. Thank you.

“I've ordered numerous times from Kings Road Merchandise. This order was for the Circle Jerks Skank Man Reaction Figure 3.75". As always, there were NO PROBLEMS with my order. It was shipped out quickly and arrived quickly and in great shape! I would not hesitate to order from them again and would recommend them to anyone.”

“I have made several orders from Kings Road and they always deliver quality products with protective packaging. On time and tracking too. Recently had an issue with a vinyl record that was shipped out the wrong color. Their customer service team corrected immediately and did not even require a return of the incorrect item! Excellent mech company!”

“Haven’t had any issues with Kings Road Merch. Absolutely love the vinyl variants they sale. Have always arrived when they say my package will arrive and sometimes they throw some stickers in with my vinyl purchases. Hopefully more vinyl records to come!”

“I’m must say I have been very happy with you in the past but this record was anything but a pleasant experience. It was expected to ship weeks ago and has yet to arrive I cannot get any updates or help from anyone. I love most of the artists you supply but I will for sure be thinking twice in the future about ordering from kinds road. Very very disappointed to say the least.”
