“Took 6 days to get my 2 day deliver I paid $27.46 for and customer service is a joke. I want my money back for the fraudulent delivery service. Already contacted the BBB.”

Hi Joshua, While we understand that you have paid for an expedited shipping method, please keep in mind that our processing time (1-5 business days depending on order volume) is not included in shipping time. A holiday will also affect expected delivery dates. Regards, KRM

“Ugh! I sent an email on Sunday that the ornament I purchased arrived broken...it is now Tuesday. I asked how to return it for a new one. I enclosed a photo too. Never heard back. Now you want me to review it?! I’d really like the item I purchased for a gift!! Giving 3 stars bc I have ordered before and love your merch, but oy, this is disappointing.”
