“I didn't receive a tracking number when the order was shipped. Tracking number would be nice to have. Also one of the spines on the vinyl cover was ruined from shipping.”

“If I could do zero stars I would. The re-issue album I purchased on 8/26 with a release date of 9/24 is still not in my hands on 10/25. I emailed on 9/29 for an order update and was told the release date was 10/8 - the album was on the shelf at my local indie record store (Blue Stingrays: Surf-N-Burn). If I hadn't already been charged for the album by Kings Road I would have purchased the album locally weeks ago. Terrible service. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I will stick with my local shop, no games.”

Hello, Unfortunately our exclusive variant was delayed by the pressing plant and we contacted all customers about the delay on 9/24. We shipped these records out to everyone as soon as they arrived at our warehouse. The standard black vinyl for this release wasn't delayed as much as our exclusive blue dream splash colored vinyl so retail stores may have had that in stock before we got our copies. We're sorry for the delay with your order but we did keep everyone informed of the delay and shipped out the records as soon as they arrived. I checked the tracking on your order and it looks like it delivered to you today so we hope you're enjoying the record that you ordered now. Thank you!

Hello, The shipping price is just based on the weight of the item(s) ordered and the shipping method selected. I see you placed your order on 9/29 and we actually shipped out your order that same day. It seems like USPS is just taking a while to deliver your package, unfortunately. Based on the tracking, it appears to still be in transit to you and hopefully they'll deliver it to you very soon. “Cool shirt; pretty comfy. Didn’t receive the second shirt I ordered, and not a fan of the fact that they didn’t inform me that that shirt was out of stock until I reached out. But at I received a refund. All and all, acceptable brand.”

Hello, please let us know if you need a replacement shirt if the one you received is damaged. You can email us support@kingsroadmerch.com for that. Shirts can always get wrinkled after being packed and shipped but if it's got a stain on it we can definitely get you a replacement. Thank you!
