“I ordered a bunch of records and one did not arrive, that one was placed on a pre-order. However, these guys moved heaven and earth and found one of that missing and sent it to me. Both shipments arrived very fast. I am very happy.”

“You sent me the wrong Christmas sweater. This one looks nothing like what I ordered. I ordered a dropkick Murphy Christmas sweater and I received something with some koopas from Mario cart . I have pictures but am not sure how to send to you.”
