“The shirt and record I purchased for my son are amazing. He's so happy with them. However, I'm not happy with the 3 limit download on the album. The instructions with a failure are misleading. They state that you will get help only to tell you to try again. We did get it downloaded, but it took a very long time and we have excellent internet service and a great router. It took my fiance, who high up in IT for a midsized healthcare nonprofit, to get it done. In the future I think I'll purchase music elsewhere.”

“Pre-ordered Falling In Reverse's The Drug in Me album and was a little concerned that it would be damaged in the mail. It can when expected, well packaged, and delivered to my door.”

“I ordered a bunch of records and one did not arrive, that one was placed on a pre-order. However, these guys moved heaven and earth and found one of that missing and sent it to me. Both shipments arrived very fast. I am very happy.”
