“I've ordered from your company several times and my only complaint is how you package vinyl records. I ordered 2 Liz Phair records and they were packaged poorly and the corners were damaged and the inner record sleeves tore. Your packaging for clothing is fine but your records could be packed a little better.”

“Terrible communication. The LP was delayed forever, and I always had to reach out to Kings Merch for an update. Figuring out how to contact you was hard and I just felt as if I was dismissed. On the positive side, I did get the LP, but nearly 10 months after I paid for it.”

Hello, we sent out multiple emails about this record and the delays. Unfortunately, we're at the mercy of the pressing plant when it comes to vinyl and sometimes records are delayed longer than expected. It looks like all 3 of your emails to us asking for updates on the record were responded to in a timely manner as well. Apologies, this took so long but we shipped them out as soon as they landed at our warehouse. We're glad you have the album now and hope you're enjoying it. “Sometimes at night the screams from the woods wake me up. I know it’s just the lost old man screaming from his wife. It’s heartbreaking to know his wife passed years ago. Deep down I think he knows it as well. Maybe screaming in the dark forest is a form of trauma dumping for him. Regardless, it wakes me up in the middle of the night and I have no choice but to get up, go into the kitchen, cook three pounds of maple smoked bacon, and leave the plate out on the edge of the woods. The man does da hours eating the bacon and quietly giggling. It pays me the few more hours of sleep I need. The man is polite he always licks the grease clean from the plate. Anyway, just thought you should know.”

“I ordered and received a Jeff Hanneman guitar. Unfortunately, I ordered the Hanneman Heineken guitar and received the Raiders guitar instead. I never received a message saying I wasn’t going to get the one I ordered and also never received a reply when I emailed them to complain. I will definitely hesitate to order from them again. I gave them 3 stars because of the fact that it is a quality product. Just not the one I ordered.”

Hello, you must have ordered the Jeff Hanneman guitar from a different company, we don't carry that item in any of our stores. It looks like the product you ordered from us was a Cannibal Corpse hat. We hope you're enjoying that item though. Thanks!

“I am quite happy and satisfied with my recent order from kings road. I didn’t give it a 5/5 for two reasons. The hockey jersey size was much bigger than a typical jersey(I’m Canadian I have a bunch) I wish the sizing would’ve been clearer. Typically I wear an XL and with that jersey I could’ve easily gone with a Medium instead. Secondly I hated how long it took to be delivered, however it was clearly communicated it wouldn’t deliver until January so at least it didn’t come as a surprise, still sucks though. I will order from kings road again in the future.”

“Customer service is the best I’ve ever worked with. Had an issue where the vinyl I ordered was delivered damaged. Not their fault at all and they sent me replacement albums very quickly with no issues. I will continue to order vinyl from them without having to worry at all.”

“Ordered a presale Vinyl over a year ago. It took over 6 months for it to ship & today Kings Road sent me an email to write a review about it. To say Kings Road is slow would be a drastic understatement. On top of that, there was so little communication about the Vinyl that I forgot I even purchased it.”

We sent out multiple updates to customers who pre-ordered this to keep them in the loop, apologies that you missed those updates. “The stuff I ordered I like the only problem is it took over a month to get to me and I ordered a bad religion cup and a bad religion toucan. I got a descendants cup not a bad religion cup, so my order was messed up.”
