“I ordered a male sex toy from Kinky Cherries. The packaging looked OK, but maybe slightly opened and it looked like it may have been resealed. When I opened the packaging I was greeted by a brown and grey pubic hair sitting on the top of the toy. Not very pleasant!”

We do pride ourselves on our customer service and as a responsible company we guarantee to deliver all products to our customer customers safely and in excellent condition. I have emailed you a Pre-Paid Label to exchange the product. This is covered by our 30-day returns/exchange policy. All you need to do is to print a pre-paid label, apply to your return package and take it to the post office. This case now will be referred to the manufacturer for investigation with the batch ID number of this particular product. Please email any supporting evidence (clear images of the package being slightly open/resealed) to support@kinkycherries.co.uk. This will greatly assist with the investigation.
