Honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with, if I could give them a zero I would. They got my order wrong, how do you put the wrong number on the back of a jersey? Literally could not speak to an actual person, only automated replies. I asked for a refund which too forever. NEVER AGAIN

Placed an order. It never showed. The tracking number provided indicates that risky mail never even received the item from Kitbag. Now waiting on a refund. If they don’t have the items, why are they shown on their website?

Avoid this company at all costs.I recently ordered 4 shirts, 4weeks later I was still waiting no explanations other than problems at the warehouse. They gave me a £27 goodwill gesture but on cancelling the order because I could not wait any longer the so called good will gesture became part of the refund. This company used to be quite good having ordered previously without problem.No longer who ever is in charge needs replacing.

I placed orders and after a long wait and received some items but not others. I am out of pocket and am trying to get some refund through paypal dispute resolution. The customer care tel number is a joke and just goes through to some message service declining to take messages or enquiries. I doubt I will ever get my stuff or refund and am very unhappy with this dodgey outfit! I placed my order 3 months ago!
