“Terrible experience. First sink arrived in pieces (see photo). Number of delays with delivery of replacement and when it finally arrived it was the wrong one! Right-hand drain instead of left!! So my kitchen remains unfinished and upside down for the last couple of weeks. Hopefully they offer a suitable response Monday morning”

“Top class service from Kitchen fittings direct... initially requested 1 kitchen cabinet handle as a sample & received it free of charge (plus a logo key ring) within a few days. Ordered what I needed & had them in a couple of days with no delivery charge .. Definitely recommend them”

“I ordered Qty. 15 press handles of the same part number. However when the order was delivered one of the handles was not the correct size. I will need to get it replaced. The incorrect size was 160mm instead of 130mm. Regards. Joseph Kehoe.”
