“Dreadful service when Next Day delivery was paid for, and not received. Then misdelivered by the courier but we couldn't get any replacements until their investigation was complete. In the meantime, business was lost. Very poor service on all fronts.”

“This was my first experience with this company. The boxes arrived damaged. The bubble wrap is very poor quality. When I contacted the company with regards to this issue, they said we can refund you £2. It’s a joke! Will never use them again. Poor customer service.”

“USELESS - SOLD US A HEAT GUN THEN DIDN'T WORK AFTER 3 WEEKS - REFUSING RESPONSIBILITY AND NOW ARE TAKING US TO COURT FOR NOT PAYING FOR USELESS TAT”

“Kite packaging uses delivery couriers who are extremely poor. They do not follow delivery instructions at all. This essentially means orders get lost and aren't delivered on the day we require them. Kite's customer support team are not at all helpful and extremely rude as well. There are way better and cheaper packaging companies out there which you'll find with a bit of research. It's best to save your time and hassle and stay away from Kite.”

“We are buying tapes and shrinkwrapped rolls every months from them. They have sent bad quality tapes and we compliant them, they denied send replacement straight way and they want to investigate first. And there is no time limit for investigation. And we stuck with bad quality tapes. Very disappointing customer service, they lost 5 years old customer. Their concentration is only selling not customer service.”

“After every order I receive from you, I have to check the amount of product unfortunately. Because each order came the wrong amount, every single time. I do not know why but i have to recommend all customers do the same. And I am quite sure that one my last order. Never ever again. Here is my order number: 2065221 and this time I received 25 single wall card boxes out of 150! NOT ONE or TWO BOXES MISSING. 125 single boxes or 5 packs missing. Unfortunately I did not have time till today to check them and you did not surprise me any more. Is Kite a professional company? How? How come you send something incomplete every single time? That is a huge disgrace. You have a big problem about counting or delivery. and that is it. I will never buy from you again. I will recommend it to your other customers.”

“Ordered boxes, waited close to 6 working days for delivery with no updates. Then enquired and was told the boxes were either lost or damaged by the courier, courier tracking link never went live so whether this is the case or a deflection of blame, who knows? Told I would get more boxes sent out 'express' delivery for, "hopefully" the next day and await a tracking email that day, no email came, no boxes came. The weekend went, Monday arrives, still no email or update. Not happy and will not use again. Getting progressively worse each time we have used this company.”
