“Although there are some unfavorable reviews about Kiwi, the times I’ve used them I’ve been more than satisfied. Cheapest options I found on-line. I bought a ticket for my daughter and when she was having troubkes about not having a return ticket by counter staff I called Kiwi, Ansley sorted it out by calling my daughter and speaking on speaker. I’d use then again.”

“I missed my flight from London to Dulles so I booked another flight that night thru Kiwi...The only problem I had was how long it took them to send me a confirmation code so I could get my boarding pass...I booked the flight around 11pm amd didnt get the code until 10am ...the flight left at 1pm...”

“Thanks to Guarantee team for organising us an alternative route home and accommodation after our first flight was delayed and the rest of the trip collapsed because of that. Reading such bad reviews we were dreading the worst but after few obstacles all was sorted. Yes it took some time and patience because we received an alternative route confirmation after 5 hours of waiting in hot and busy airport with children. And during that time I was the one regularly calling them and asking for updates and various other questions that came up because of the situation.So in the future would be nice for team to communicate a bit more with customers when sorting their issues.”

“I booked multi cities thru Kiwi accidentally then read a lot of negative comments against it.i thought i was rip off by kiwi but it wasn't at all .it provided me very good service and sent me boarding pass earlier.i can checkin without doing anything,just wait and kiwi managed everything for me .i love it and i can verify myself i m no ralated to KiWi at all , my booking was Londo to Helsin to Riga then London,all of which are successful.i m so happy”

“Buyed to tickets with Kiwi and just then notice all of this bad reviews. Just want to let you know that everything went fine with my flights although I was a bit scared with everything I read on internet. I recommend you to get the credentials wich kiwi used to book your flight. If you have that and you can check in by yourself at the flight company website, you’re good to go. Don't worry about all these bad reviews and enjoy your trip 🙂 Also, client support replied me super quick when I requested the credentials! Can't complain.”
