Super sorry to hear that you don't like your KLEKKS No. 8 blanket :(
To us it's super important that all our blankets are made of 100% natural materials only. This blanket is made of wool, which can be a bit rougher than cotton or synthetic blankets. In return it's super warm though :)
If you like the color combination of Klekks No. 8 have a look at our latest design: Klekks No. 15! It's a cotton blanket (no wool) and softer and thinner

I just checked and you are right, the blanket is packed but still hasn't left our warehouse.
Unfortunately, we had a shortage in boxes and had to wait for one delivery, so the delivery takes a few more days longer than usually. Your blanket should leave the warehouse today, do you have your tracking number from DHL?
As a young company a one-star review is very unfortunate for us. Please write us an email to hello@klekks.com if you need anything, we're always happy to help. But a one-star review is very bad for us and in our opinion in this case not deserved. It would be great if you could reconsider
