I just checked and you are right, the blanket is packed but still hasn't left our warehouse.
Unfortunately, we had a shortage in boxes and had to wait for one delivery, so the delivery takes a few more days longer than usually. Your blanket should leave the warehouse today, do you have your tracking number from DHL?
As a young company a one-star review is very unfortunate for us. Please write us an email to hello@klekks.com if you need anything, we're always happy to help. But a one-star review is very bad for us and in our opinion in this case not deserved. It would be great if you could reconsider
“Ordering and delivery was great! The blanket is nice. But I washed the blanket as it was on the label with 30 degrees and now it is much smaller. Also the customer service did not answer on my mail when I asked them what to do. Not very satisfying.”

We answered you immediately but I now checked again and the email was bounced back to us. Could it be that you put your wrong email address? In that case we would have hoped that you contacted us again. Unfortunately, these situations can happen where it‘s best just to ask again. We want all our customers to be happy with their Klekks blanket. That being said, it‘s extremely important to wash your wool Klekks blanlet with very few rotations (below 800). Simply looking at the temperature won‘t do it, as wool is very sensitive to rotations. We do say that.
