“I placed an order with KnittingCo before Christmas and received my package on their last day of operations for the holiday period. Unfortunately, one of the items—a ChiaoGoo red lace cable—was defective, with one end completely missing, making it unusable.
I immediately emailed KnittingCo requesting a refund or replacement, understanding I would need to wait until after the holidays for a response. However, a week after they resumed operations, I still hadn’t heard back, so I sent a follow-up email. It has now been 3 months since they reopened, and I have received no reply to either email.
This lack of communication and resolution is extremely disappointing. I will not shop with KnittingCo again and cannot recommend them to others.

It has now been three months since the product was originally shipped, and I only received a reply on Google (no personal contact) after reaching out to the parent brand for assistance. I appreciate that a refund has been issued, but as of now, I have not yet received it. I will update this review once the refund has been successfully processed.

I have now received an email stating that a refund has been issued. However, the refund amount is less than what I paid, and it was processed under the wrong item (though at the same price). While I appreciate finally receiving a generic response, I remain disappointed by the lack of clear communication and the fact that I had to escalate the issue to the parent brand to get any resolution.
Buyer beware: If you have an issue with your order, be prepared for delayed responses and potential difficulties in getting a full refund. I only received a reply after escalating the matter to the parent brand.”

I wasn’t going to leave a review but on reflection this needs to serve as a warning. When placing an order with KnittingCo insist that the order is posted through Australia Post and not their courier service. Also, when KnittingCo was contacted they said that they no longer had stock of the yarn. They sent a substitute that was totally inadequate”
