“So here is my crazy story. I bought over $1000 of the Knix products. Why, well it looked like a great idea, and the colors and design were just so irresistible, I bought the store. Big mistake on my part because I hate most of the products. I force myself to wear them, knowing how much money I spent, and curse everytime I wear them. I have 4 bras out of all my purchases that I actually like. All the underwear boy shorts,thongs, bikini are absolutely awful. The crotch is to narrow, and as a nurse I am walking alot, the back constantly rides up my butt, so I keep picking at them trying to put them back in place. Not an ideal look in the hospital.
I reached out a year later, I know a bit late, but life hasn't been kind to me over the last year. Obviously they won't exchange or refund, but they offered me absolutely nothing except were sorry. I will donate them, hopefully someone will be happy with them. This seems to be a popular company, but I can't possibly be the only one dissatisfied. Please beware, and use there policy of 30 days if you are unhappy like myself. I gave 2 stars because of the few items that work otherwise I would give a 1 star. Sorry Knix, but I thought you should know. Also stylist was inaccurate with sizing, my bad for not reaching out sooner. I won't add pictures of my underwear up my bum or the bras that squish my boobs, sorry, I have some pride, lol š¤£”

These are typical stretchy, unwired bras, nothing special about them. These do not work for large chested women unless you are a fan of the uni-boob. Even then, I would not wear these if you don't like jiggle & bounce, not for any sort of exercise or vigorous activity.
I will not purchase any of their products ever again.”
“I incorrectly sized myself for the pull over Luxe Bra and was seeking an exchange. I went to the website, and after just a few click I had exchanged it for another size. But the absolute best thing is when I clicked continue to finish processing the return of the productā¦.. it said no need to return the product please donate it to a woman in need. WOW!!! WHO does that???? Nobody. They said pay it forward and thatās what I plan to do. Absolutely Great Company!!”
“Waste of money! Initially, they fit great in the waist and legs, but they don't stay put on the bum - they rid up and I am constantly picking them out of my bum! They also stretch out very quickly. They are made from the strangest material - feels like plastic or rubber? Don't waste your time or money!”

I hate to admit this but I originally bought a Knix bra to prove there was no such thing as a comfortable bra; I was wrong. I didnāt realize just how comfortable it was until I threw it in the wash and put on one of my traditional underwire bras. This thing is miserable to wear after having worn a Knix bra and I canāt wait to take it off and get my Knix bra back on.”

“My bra never fit properly despite help from a salesperson in the store. The bra gives me a weird uniboob and strange sway when I move. The straps keep sliding off my shoulders and if I shorten them they slip back down to the longest length. The bottom of the bra has stretched so much that it now slides up over my boobs. That is after only a few weeks of wear. Worst bra ever!”
“Knix has no business putting a piddly little strap on the larger size bras. That is not inclusive sizing. They say to wash and wear your bra to stretch it but I value my neck and shoulder health too much to do so.”
“I have purchased several bras here hoping to find the right fit. I finally was walked through taking my measurements with someone from customer care. She recommended I get an XS plus. Okay. Didn't sound right to me considering the fact that the medium was hard enough to get on, but I tried it. I can't believe that anyone, let alone a woman, would even endorse the sale of this bra. The XS plus arrived and I tried to get it on. I weigh 105 pounds and can't imagine this bra fitting anything but a tiny doll. So I try to initiate a return. I put in my order number over and over (the order number on my email and my order slip) and it kept stating that it was wrong. So I try to call customer service. No one answers. They tell me to leave a message and they'll get back in 48 hours. Beware of companies like this that make it so easy to buy and then disappear when it's time to return. Shop somewhere else! Anywhere!”
“Knix is now the only bra and underwear I wear. The leakproof undies have been a life saver for years now and I can't say enough about how they wash and wear without signs of wear. The bras are so comfortable, you forget you're wearing them and now I love the swim! Also, want to praise the initiative of paying it forward with returns. Game changer and so thoughtful.
