I've been purchasing Knix for a while now.i truly love them But 90% of them, after a few washes, come apart. They are not sewn. They are glued, and the sides of the panties get unglued. I have about 12 of them like that now. It started with 3 pieces and now all of them are coming unfounded unglued. They are not cheap, but they will not last long. I’ve purchased underwear from Target at $5 each, and they lasted me longer than the $38 a piece. If they were to sew in the underwear, I would continue buying them because I love them, but I can’t purchase disposable underwear for almost $40 a piece. It’s just not good. It's as if I'm throwing money away. I never ordered a bra and I am now afraid of having the same problem. A very cheap way of making them but not a durable one.

I ordered two 3 pack of the lace underwear for $81.00. But then was charged per piece at I believe $32.80 each. I don’t be ordering anything further or recommending Knix to anyone which I have dine in the past and never even got the referral credit.

Comfortable but need longer coverage. Wish it went from front to back like other companies.

100% on the underwear - they're excellent - fit well, wear well, wash well. I'm 50/50 on the Knix bras. The wing woman stretches out so much, that it's too big on it's tightest clip after 6 months. The Revolution pills on the side that touches skin - for the price and how quickly this happens (5 months) I am left underwhelmed. I wrote customer service about it and they offered me a 10% discount and advised on proper laundering - I found this quite offensive after I advised in my original email exactly how I launder my Knix wear (washing on their own, in the bags provided + lay flat to dry.) Knix reply: "To remove this we’d recommend using a device such as a pill shaver! For future prevention I'd also recommend washing your bras with like fabrics.". It's a problem with the material - not my technique Knix! For this alone, I am out searching again for a comfortable bra. I don't mind paying for comfort - but that price should also include a bra that last more than 6 months, one that I feel good in - having a bally, shotty looking bra is not conducive to feeling good in your underwear.

My last order - I ordered 2 of the 3 pack underwears. The price was $81 for the 3 pack yet I was charged for individual prices. It worked out to be much more as per piece price. I contacted Knix by email and was told that once they were shipped they would address my concerns. Never followed through ….

Knix sizing is about 1.5 sizes larger than normal ie if you wear a medium size underwear a small would probably work with Knix. In addition the carbon filter that is supposed to reduce odour really doesnt work that well. A neutral odor incontinence pad like poise works much better.

I was very happy the first time I bought a knix bra. So after 2 years I decide to order another one. The quality doesn't match the first one. After 2 wash, the fabric split and the size is smaller.

While the material is soft and comfortable, the bra itself offers little support for large breasts. The shoulder straps are narrow and cut into the skin (unlike other manufacturers who offer broad straps). Moreover the shape the bra presents made me look like an Ursula in the Disney film Ariel. The "modern" shape the bra proports to provide is less than ideal. The cost of the bra is not unreasonable, if it did, in fact, offer more than a smooth fabric. So, not worth the cost, nor the hype.

I ordered bras for my daughter and I. We had a very nice person during the virtual sizing but the sizes still weren't right. And some things just don't make sense. Really, a 3xl bra with thumb straps? We sent 3 of 4 bras back. Also, I get so much text advertising from them now that I finally blocked the number.

I would like to write a positive review. And I hope when I actually receive my bra that I will be able to. I placed my order two weeks ago. And I thought that shipping was included, but I found out that there was a separate charge of nine dollars to ship a 2 ounce bra. That to me is highway robbery. And to me and I could have gotten a no line bra anywhere except for I tried to with knix I will not be ordering from this company again unless their bra is so comfortable that I don’t even know what to say about it . See a future review.

Bra size is totally wrong! Worst is I had problems requesting return with credit back on my card! Called and the most annoying robo “person” got me to leave a message and will “contact with 24-48 hrs”!! Are they kidding me! After reviewing the other reviews I will be returning the other pair of bottoms not worn! Customer Service is very questionable which has me question the company itself! Lost a customer.

They use the Shop app to process payment information and it sucks. When trying to add my credit card information it auto-filled with an old address from my mother-in-law which I do not understand because I have never ordered anything to that address, she has never used my computer and it is in no way connected with my card. I change the billing/shipping address to my actual address and save. It looks good so I confirm the order just to find the confirmation email lists the incorrect address. I guess my changes didn't save? The only way I could find to contact Knix was through email which I did right away but by the time someone saw my email the order was shipped so it couldn't be changed or cancelled. They just told me to contact the shipper who won't do anything because I don't have a commercial account with them. So now I'm out 100 bucks for products I will never see. And to top it all off, the one piece of information that was correct was my email address so I now get spam emails from the Shop app which caused all this mess in the first place.

I could have had a wonderful experience if ANYONE had answered the telephone. I don't understand having a customer service phone number if there isn't enough manpower to monitor the phones. I made 22 phone calls, and left multiple messages to no avail. I had an issue with monies entered into my final checkout page that was not credited to the final purchase amount. I needed to speak to someone to remedy the situation but the only "person" I was able to listen to was the robotic voice that kept saying how "knix would love to help...and how a "knixpert" would be with me shortly. UGH!!

The bra clasp hooks are so compressed that they could not be engaged on the loop side of the clasp. It took a trial and error attempt at bending the hooks out so they could fully clip into the loops and then several attempts to compress them so that the not only fit into the loops but they snapped in place so theybwould not just slip out.. any effort to tey the clasp before shipment would have made this defect obvious but no o e bothered to check. Leaving me to be the service engineer on your product. Very very disappointing to have to modify the engineering just to try it on.

So, I fell for the hype, and bought a bunch of panties, loved them, then fell for the sales, and bought more $$$$! I only wear them for minor sweat protection, not period leaks, and they do their job for that. HOWEVER, after several months of washing and wearing these, they have stretched out SO MUCH, I can barely wear them. They fall down and roll up inside my pants, and ride up my crack whenever I move around. They flap in the breeze on my coolie. Not a good look for a middle aged woman constantly picking undies out of her butt. I had been wearing cotton and Lycra underwear before this fiasco, and they always held their shape extremely well. I guess I’m out $300 in expensive useless underwear. The idea is great, but they should have done long term studies on these and realized their fabric blend sucks for a very high priced panty.

While they are decent from a leakproof standpoint, they stretch out very easily and mine fell apart too. When I contacted customer service they basically blamed the way I washed and dried them but come on, make a better product…my other underwear aren’t unraveling. For the price point I expect better…from a customer service standpoint and product reliability. They thought they were being nice offering me 15% off but replacing them would have been better.

I’ve bought 4 pairs of leakproof underwear and they do roll down and sag. I found myself reaching into my waistband to pull up my underwear! They are pretty expensive too.

I ordered 3 pair of different styles. Two pair were a total failure. Small leak went straight thru. Third pair was somewhat better but as effective as advertised. I would not recommend these panties.

love the bra except - don't like any padding or very little. Wish your bras came in larger band size - I wear a 48 and your largest size was not large enough.

It is NOT leak proof! I used a pair of Knix Underwear on the first day of my period and I have always had a light period, just as my period began, I leaked through underwear and my jeans. Since this happened, I will never trust and/or purchase another item from this company! BUYER BEWARE!!!
