I ordered about $250 worth of items from Knix before Thanksgiving. I had not ordered from them in years because their old stuff was great and lasted a long time for me.
The new stuff has sizing ALL OVER THE PLACE. I normally accept this as part of doing business but Knix would not allow a return. What? What company on this planet doesn't accept a return when their own sizing doesn't match up to their website? Apparently Knix. I didn't even try on more than two items, and I definitely did not wash or alter anything in any way.
For reference, I am a size 12/14.
These jerks were so incredibly rude to me when I went through the process of trying to return their stuff. Fat shaming, even. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a company.

“I received my first order from Knix today. Two of the items did not fit right. One item did fit right. However, I wanted to do return the items that didn’t work for me and send them back to the company so I can get my money back. Instead of getting store credit.”
“Avoid this company at all costs for the refusal to address significant sizing issues, lack of returned phone calls, inability to respond to emails, and having an ineffective live chat - all equating to zero customer service. Promised was a response within 16 days. ( !!! ) My shipment was five days late beyond the promised date. Zero explanation or apology. The sizing chart(s) is magnanimously misleading, meaning a HORRIBLE fit. Trust me, you don't want to see a picture of how bad the fit was. No matter that the underwear was on sale, still very expensive. A return option was not offered, contradicting what is posted on their website - NO one is 'there to help you'.

“I placed an order for some items but didn’t get a confirmation and didn’t see a charge so I placed another order. The items were on holiday sale. Nothing stated final sale.
When received them, the shapes were weird and the fit was strange. I immediately tried to return them only to get a notice saying that they were final sale and couldn’t be returned.
I have two family members waiting to see how the items were because they were anxious to buy some. I will of course tell them NEVER to do so.
Of course there is no number to call.

“I wear a 36C bra. I received my bra today. I couldn’t even get it over my head. I measured what they sent me and it was a 30 not 36. They gave me an instant refund. It clearly says it’s a large but there is no way it’s a large. They told me to donate it not return it but I know how to sew. I might just add 3 inches to each side. Don’t waste your money! Total waste!”
“The leakproof undies worked well but super pricy. 30 bucks a pair? they are THAT good. Like them but owuld buy anymore. Paid 75 bucks for three pair of panties. Too much.”
“The quality is great and I really wish I could wear these bras. The sizing is way too small and the other reviews say the same thing. I measured myself multiple times, and I never have an issue with sizing for other brands, but the size they recommended me barely fits around my band and I’m overflowing the cups.”

“If u have an allergy to LATEX do not buy these. I had a bad reaction….😳 When I reached out to Knix.com they stated there were many components in their product and they did not confirm latex.
It would be nice if they knew their product better so they could alert customers w this allergy.”
