My 3 pairs of panties arrived & they are sizes, too small. Even holding them up to my body I can tell they do not fit. Unfortunately, even though I have not tried them on and they are still sealed in the packaging, I cannot exchange or return them. $60 down the drain. This brand runs incredibly small and the return item policy is disappointing.

I’m so incredibly unhappy!! • These are so thin legit same material as the silky seamless underwear from La senza, • no padding at all your nipples shine through •NOT true to size • looks like you have a uniboob • could get it cheaper elsewhere

Fit terribly, the rise is so long and they stretch out so much you inevitably end up with camel toe or have to have them pulled up to your tits.

Underwear falls apart after about a year and considering I only wear them when I’m on my period, it’s not a lot of wear. Over priced, stretches out and does not breathe. Pass.

I spent $135.00 on this underwear. So uncomfortable. It hurt to wear them. Within 10 minutes I took them off! I have wasted money in the past - but not on underwear. Now I have to toss 4 new ones and a 10 minute old one. I would not even donate these to a woman shelter - they have enough problems. What kind of stupid does this Company think women are?

I spent $135.00 - I feel like a fool. Just underpants with a weird/ pad built into gusset that irritates the skin, the underwear rolls up on buttock and down on stomach. Strangest underwear I have ever used. I know nothing about customer service - the price is too high. Where can I return the 4 that are not opened?

Bra can’t be put in dryer, falls apart. I have bought bras for years never had that happen. Try sewing instead of glueing them together. Do not stand behind their product. Will not buy from them again.

I am a normal size S, 4-6. I ordered the boyshorts medium flow and they were good but a little too big even though i got a small. I decided to order again, but got the cheeky super flow design hoping it would fit snugger (size S), however the gusset is far too forward on it and I cannot wear it without constantly adjusting. I reached out to customer support having spent $130 on products that don't fit. And they advised they are making a product (size XS) to fit my size and the best they can offer is 10% to buy more products. I will never shop here again.

I purchased a size 5 evolution bra and used the measuring charts on the Knix website. Sizing was way off for me, but that will happen with a “one size fits all” approach to bras. When ordering a new size I did order one size up, which unfortunately (and confusingly) was much smaller than the size 5. I wish I had not purchased, the reviews online are deceptive and they will frequently not post negative reviews.

I ordered 5 masks and just tried one today. I cannot breathe in them. It is impossible to talk with this on. I assumed a company that makes such good things would have tried this out... so disappointed...

I wasted my money and I can’t get a refund. You cannot breathe in these masks. Not. At. All. I’ve purchased over 100 masks and this was the most expensive and the absolute worst ever. If you put the mask on and cover the top and sides, it’s like a plastic bag. I don’t believe the other reviews are real. Nobody could breathe in this mask.

Do they work? As far as I can tell so far yes but I honestly feel a pain would do just as well. They don't extend beyond the point of a regular overnight pad. Are the comfortable? Absolutely not. I'm talking about the *new dream shorts* here. The top rides down and the bottoms roll up 🤦‍♀️ i ordered larger than I normally wear in underwear or bottoms and they're still to SMALL! Also I was going to give them 3 stars because atleast it seems to work however I couldn't figure out how to leave a review on their website or their Facebook. Obviously shady business here. Would not buy again. To expensive for a lack luster product

The gusset in the leakproof panties does not extend past a gusset in normal panties and therefore provide very little protection. The material feels like sleeping in a swimsuit bottom. I bought these for added protection while sleeping and they were no help!

I'm so glad to own these LuxeLift Tanks . I heeded all of the recommendations that say it's tight and must be upsized. This tank's built-in bra is so comfortable I don't take it off to sleep. I ordered 2 more. Some reviews said there was trouble with the armhole being too tight. That would have been concerning but I haven't found it to be so . The fabric is smooth and wide at the bra-strap on my shoulder and it just doesn't feel like there's anything there . I'm not going to be able to put on a bra after this . I've gained a size during covid-19. It's uncomfortable enough having big boobs. Having to strap on a wired torture device is too much. I'm done . I'm tired of wires and painful bra straps. I'll get as many of these as I need so that I never have to again. Super comfortable, super smooth, fits me perfectly, it's long enough to tuck in and leave no lines under clothing. Buy your size if it's a shapewear fit you're after. It will feel snug at first. Pull it on like pantyhose. It molds and form fits your body with wear. If you're like me and you want to live in it, using it even as a pajama layer, order it one size up. Step into bras and tanks that haven't got fasteners. Pulling it on is the only recommended option. That goes for all shapewear. Knix is better than any of the many, many other brands that I've bought. I'm really pleased to be dealing with a Canadian company during covid. I will spend my dollars in Canada every chance I get. Thank you, Knix people. You rock. My order shipped same day and Canada Post brought it in 5 business days.

These underwear would replace wearing a pantyliner. I bought super absorbency and their Dream shorts. Both claimed to be 5/5 in terms of their DROP rating, so maximum absorbency. After an hour, I replaced a super+ tampon and couldn't bear to lift the underwear back up as the cold wetness was gross and uncomfortable. When I complained to the company I was told by their customer service that the underwear would be "a replacement for a panty liner." I would not have spent over $100 buying a Super Absorbency pack of 4 underwear had it been advertised as a panty liner. Misleading. False advertising. Do better, Knix.

This is a very deceptive dishonest company. As multiple reviewers have posted, they do not provide any protection whatsoever, the gusset doesn’t extend to the front and therefore even their heavy flow underwear leaks through almost immediately. They are grossly overpriced and you can’t return them. Don’t do it.

The most objective way for me to formulate this feedback is based on their advertising and how it compares to performance. If they advertised quality of materials and design, I would rate them 5 out of 5. However, they advertise leakproof underwear’s, which in my consumer experience was grossly inaccurate. The underwear changed nothing about my period routine. I still had to use tampons and/or pads. I would truly excited from an environmentalist’s perspective about not having to rely on tampons and pads as much, but was sorely disappointed with the outcome. The quality and style are great, but that’s the extent. Considering the significant price difference for similar quality underwear, I cannot honestly justify the price increase. Having said that, everyone’s period is different and maybe I am part of a small percentage that did not benefit from it...?
