I hate to admit this but I originally bought a Knix bra to prove there was no such thing as a comfortable bra; I was wrong. I didn’t realize just how comfortable it was until I threw it in the wash and put on one of my traditional underwire bras. This thing is miserable to wear after having worn a Knix bra and I can’t wait to take it off and get my Knix bra back on.”

“My bra never fit properly despite help from a salesperson in the store. The bra gives me a weird uniboob and strange sway when I move. The straps keep sliding off my shoulders and if I shorten them they slip back down to the longest length. The bottom of the bra has stretched so much that it now slides up over my boobs. That is after only a few weeks of wear. Worst bra ever!”
“Knix has no business putting a piddly little strap on the larger size bras. That is not inclusive sizing. They say to wash and wear your bra to stretch it but I value my neck and shoulder health too much to do so.”
“I have purchased several bras here hoping to find the right fit. I finally was walked through taking my measurements with someone from customer care. She recommended I get an XS plus. Okay. Didn't sound right to me considering the fact that the medium was hard enough to get on, but I tried it. I can't believe that anyone, let alone a woman, would even endorse the sale of this bra. The XS plus arrived and I tried to get it on. I weigh 105 pounds and can't imagine this bra fitting anything but a tiny doll. So I try to initiate a return. I put in my order number over and over (the order number on my email and my order slip) and it kept stating that it was wrong. So I try to call customer service. No one answers. They tell me to leave a message and they'll get back in 48 hours. Beware of companies like this that make it so easy to buy and then disappear when it's time to return. Shop somewhere else! Anywhere!”
“Knix is now the only bra and underwear I wear. The leakproof undies have been a life saver for years now and I can't say enough about how they wash and wear without signs of wear. The bras are so comfortable, you forget you're wearing them and now I love the swim! Also, want to praise the initiative of paying it forward with returns. Game changer and so thoughtful. “giving the bra credit for comfort , i have two of them and they both have stretched out in the bands so now there just to loose and i find they don’t have enough lift , i’ve only had them for not even a year , so not to impressed . For the price i expected better quality .”
“I've been purchasing Knix for a while now.i truly love them But 90% of them, after a few washes, come apart. They are not sewn. They are glued, and the sides of the panties get unglued. I have about 12 of them like that now. It started with 3 pieces and now all of them are coming unfounded unglued. They are not cheap, but they will not last long. I’ve purchased underwear from Target at $5 each, and they lasted me longer than the $38 a piece. If they were to sew in the underwear, I would continue buying them because I love them, but I can’t purchase disposable underwear for almost $40 a piece. It’s just not good. It's as if I'm throwing money away. I never ordered a bra and I am now afraid of having the same problem. A very cheap way of making them but not a durable one.”
“Luxe lift pullover is a Super comfortable bra!! I have tried most of the different types, including the Catalyst… I’m only a B cup and found I felt really squashed in it, guess that’s the idea. The quality seems to have declined a bit since I first ordered them a few years ago. The pad inside have big wrinkles that are hard to get rid of. Despite that, it’s still the most comfortable bra and I will stick with it!!”
“Delivery time means nothing! It was appropriate, late, but who cares, bra fits lovely, till you move then the boobs pop out, and the band rides up, not the first bra bought from Knox, but probably the last, not cheap, don’t care, just wanted the girls to stay in place!! Made my chest feel squeezed into each other, full back bra, with opening at front, very disappointing. What can you do, wore it to find out ……. “I have always been so pleased with Knix. Their products are amazing and although some can be pricey, they have really great warehouse sales and that is when I usually get things. Delivery has always been quick and straight forward. I've never had to return anything, but I did receive a defective bra that was supposed to be "final sale" however they were amazing and refunded me for the product. No issues. I recommend them to everyone!”
