“They have a strict 30 day return. I didn't get to pick up my package from the UPS store for a few days because of family emergencies. Now my purchase is inillegible for. a refund. I am plus sized & ordered an XXXL sized bra. I couldn't even get it over my shoulders. What kind of sizing is that? Extremely disappointed with their policies & product.”
“The panties and sleep shorts fit great and are super comfy but did have a couple issues that ruin them for me!
I am not sure if my body is just weird or my terrible posture has me leaning forward too much but I was very much leaking out the top front of the bikini panties. The absorbent area is just slightly too short in the front. Ended up with a weird blood stain in the front of my jeans.
Now the sleep shorts... I said YOLO after getting them and went to bed with nothing else but them and woke up about 2 hours later to blood stained sheets and went to the bathroom where I proceeded to create a full on crime scene requiring a 2am shower and complete bathroom cleaning from the floor to parts of the toilet I didn't know existed. The blood was just pooling and not absorbing well so it was smeared all over my body and proceeded to smear and drip all down the toilet when I sat down. I definitely will use these expensive panties as "overflow" in place of a pad but they can't be trusted on their own as advertised.”
“Poor quality. The Knix sport bra breaks at the strap holes and the seams unravel in less than 3 months. I bought two, and I hand wash them and air dry them. Will not buy again.”
“Ads are great and reel you in but I will never buy again, so don't do it. The bras sizing is not true to size, they have totally lost their shape and the buckles don't hold the straps in place anymore. They are so ill fitting after a couple of months they are garbage! Waste of money!”
“After spending almost $500 on Kniz bra I can confidently say “don’t do it!!” The bras will eventually stretch and slip off your shoulders. You will wish this was because you’re losing weight but unfortunately this can’t be true, because all your other non-knix bras fit exactly the same. As they always have. The hardware on these bras are cheap….and I mean…cheap!! At least it feels like they are. There’s is nothing good about these bras except the commercials/ads for them are cute.”
“One of my bra's straps came twisted, as in, unable to be untwisted. Customer service took care of it quickly but was a bit of a let down (excuse the pun) as a first-time buyer.”
“The material is great - smooth, silky, feels like air - but the sizing at the start is brutal. They fit extremely tight at the start and it takes a long long time for them to "break in." Too long. And in the three mediums I bought, not one pair fits the same as the other. Inconsistent based on colour and design it seems.”
“I ordered several pairs of Knix underwear for light to moderate bladder leakage. While the majority of the heavy leakage protect my clothes, the smell that comes with it is nothing to be desired. So if you are using Knix for this, plan to carry extra's on you so you don't have to worry about the smell. Great idea but needs more work.”
“Ordered 2 bras and they were 2 small pushed my boobs together called customer service and was told if a wash them a few times they will start to fit better obviously they didn’t want them back to have to refund or send new ones for me”

I have styles in xs and in medium! When I re order xs they are at least 1” smaller than the previous pairs. I understand they have five etc but they are not at all the same as my previous order.
I am replacing several pairs as the seams have rippled over time. I wash in cold, in a bag and hang to dry. Very confused”
“Most expensive bra I ever owned and not worth it at all. I think the sizing is part of the problem. I am on the last latch and can't go smaller but it rides up. I was skeptical of a bra without underwire, and rightly so. It just isn't going to stay in place.
Of course you can always return it, but that is only a 30 day thing and by the time you figure that out, it is too late. Ya the sizing is BIG.”
“Bras run very small ...I wear a 36 DD in in other bras. I ordered a xl and it was a struggle to get bra on I did take pads out so the girls would stay in the cups the rest of the bra is quite tight.”
“Just received my bra and leggings. The fit is ok, true to size. I am small chested and have a large bottom. Leggings are a very good quality. Bra is reversible and came with straps in both colours. Very expensive but wanted to support a Canadian company. Customer service was terrible. Placed my order a month ago and could tell by the tracking number provided that a label was created but the package never left the facility. After contacting customer service 3 times they finally sent a replacement package. (The second package arrived in 2 days). No accountability and pointed fingers at the shipping company. At the end of the day it is not the customers fault when a package gets lost but I was made to feel like I had done something wrong. Never again!”

“I ordered two things: 4 pairs of high-waisted shorts-style underwear and the LuxeLift Pullover Bra.
The underwear: ALL 4 pairs had seams coming apart, the sewing on them was a joke. They refunded me for all 4 pairs.
The bra: it was described as being a great bra for people with small breasts. It is not. It's really high-necked with thick straps, so I can literally only wear it with a high neck t-shirt or long sleeve shirt. It's comfy, but only in winter, because it's so padded and thick material and so large that it makes me sweat as soon as I get warm or active. I don't recommend either things.”
