“Was recently disappointed in the service I received. I ordered 2 items for my daughter who had been sized at the Knix store as a small, and the size chart is the same for all items, but these items did not have stretch or give to the waist. The size chart says 27" but actually measures 25". These were sale items so were not able to be exchanged but when ordering online you depend on the size chart being accurate. When I shared this with a Knix representative, I did not even recieve a response.”
“I can not even review on the bra also I can say is this company lies. The package was delivered to another location not mine. I call usps and they said it did not come to my address and I tried to fight this but I can not get my 84.00 back and someone else is enjoying my package. Paypal said because it showed delivered they will not reverse the charges. I sent proof it did not go to my home and I have gotten no where. disappointed in this company and in Paypal for not caring enough to look at my proof! This is most dishearten to know that the people working out there just can do what they want regardless of the consumer. So sad. I will never recommend this company. Not to mention I tried to email them at the email on the Knix website and it came back undeliverable. Not a viable good place. No phone to call anyone and emails are no good. “Don’t give this company your information! I wish I could rate Knix lower. I can’t even remember if I ever made a purchase from Knix, but they do not honor unsubscribe requests in a timely manner. Blatant disregard for regulations. I’m not a troll, I don’t lodge complaints like this all over the place. But I do work in email marketing and understand regulations. Email marketing tools are so robust these days, you practically have to decide to not honor unsubscribes, which this company has apparently decided! “Third time ordering, you’d think I learn haha. Tried different sizing for their high rise undies that have the sticky thing under so they don’t move. However they do, they roll. No matter what size I try they roll. I’m not that big roughly 180lbs but have 2 kids and just prefer that high rise look for undies. I’ve heard a lot of good things about knix so I keep giving them a try and completely disappointed each time! Why do you say they won’t roll when they do every time??”
“I actually went into a store in San Diego and was fitted by one of their in-store experts. I was looking for a bra with no underwire, due to the fact I just had a breast reduction and the doctor suggested I not wear an underwire for the first six to seven months. I have actually only worn this bra a couple times and the gold medal loops that attach the strap to the back have already shifted around. Full disclosure here... I'm a thin woman I measure 32 in around... My cup size is a D, but mind you after my surgery they're perfect and do not sag. I truly believe this company needs to reevaluate the way they're structuring their bra. The unfortunate thing for me is I bought the bra and did not return it within the 30 days... So shame on me.”
“No help after 30 days. You’re given 30 days to wear it and return if it doesn’t work for you. In to the third month it stretched out and washing didn’t help it shrink back. The bra rides up and when I bend over my breast fall out. I did the personal on line virtual fitting and went with what was suggested. I got the bra extender as recommended since I was told they are tight at first. After the first 2 months the expander isn’t needed, it stretches out too much. Also whatever material that is used irritates my skin to the point of raw spots that have been rubbed. When I called I was given the choice of a new fitting and buying another bra and trying it for 30 days and if it doesn’t work I can return it. For another $60 I declined because 30 days is not enough time to try out a new bra.”
“Placed an order… Use the sizing guidelines… Ordered for bras and they are beyond too small… They are nowhere near what my actual size is. I have contacted the company for two days now to get information about exchanging or returning and no one has responded. $300 potentially down the drain.”

“Not worth the money! I wear 40 DD and straps are cheap. Not wide enough and thin elastic. I don't expect the straps to hold up. Leakproof panties do not allow for airflow. You sweat in them.Will not buy again.”
