“ First of all, when I ordered , return policy said that I can return if unworn and packed up, but apparently for underwear it is not. So I returned for store credit, lost money on "processing fees" and other fees, ordered a top, and returned that for money back losing $25 on all the fees and non refundable shipping. Don't be filled by free returns policy, you will be paying. ”

“ Returns are supposed to be made easy for customers…..not with KNIX. Spent over an hour with trying to make a return. I will see if customer service is at all helpful but they don’t answer too quickly. Their suggestions for size are way off causing returns. Won’t be buying again nor will I refer a friend. ”

“ Not a good company to deal with. They say returns are possible till you try and return something. Ordered inXL and was sent a medium but apparently will not exchange even though item size is their fault. Cannot wear as can’t put on so exchanges and returns are not honored. ”
