“Unfortunately, the only part of the underwear that is “leakproof” is the gusset part, as another reviewer pointed out. So, if the underwear shifts while you’re moving, you are bound to get blood through the part of the underwear that is not leakproof. I just used them today (light day) and I leaked through two different underwear after wearing them for less than an hour each. I regret spending so much money on them and buying the entire starter pack. The boy shorts seem better because they don’t move around as much. I contacted customer service but they didn’t really seem to care, and suggested I try using a diva cup with them, lol! Oh and the small size actually feels loose, more like a medium.”

“Don’t but the Knix face masks ... you can’t breathe in them. The fabric is thin unstructured and unbreathable (which is prob a good thing) but because of this it just sucks into your mouth face and you can’t breathe. They do look good though.”
“The gusset is the only part of the panty that provides any absorbance or protection. If you, like me, tend to bleed toward the front these do next to nothing as most of the panty is just regular, thin fabric. So disappointed I wasted good money! And yes, I even got the "overnights" for "extra absorbency".”

I like the super absorption panties (the ones that you have for the heavier days) as they did a good job.
I will say that the ones I have for the lighter days, I am disappointed with. The lined section is just too low and should be 1-2 inches extended in the front... I will also note how hard it is to leave a review on the actual Knix website.... and this tells me that they likely don't want actual reviews of their product unless they screen them first...

“I have recently ordered 2 bras to wear after breast cancer surgery. It took a while to receive them, but they have been very supportive for daytime and nighttime wear. I ordered a third one on Sept. 28, and got in touch with the company today (Oct. 11) to say that I had not received the order. Customer service via chat took 4 minutes to determine that my order was dropped due to a warehouse problem. What does that mean? I explained how disappointed I am, but still send and I would appreciate expediting the order. After 2 minutes the rep had not replied so I had to end the chat. So, I don't know when I'll ever get this order. So irritated! I don't plan to order again from Knix.”
“I purchased the super absorbency leakproof underwear and wore them on day 4 of my period. My period is normally heavy days 1-3 and light to nonexistent on days 4-6. They were super comfortable but were a total disaster. I was out at dinner when my wife informed me that I had leaked through my clothes, and I had a tampon on as well. Needless to say I was super embarrassed and disappointed that this product was a farce. I bought one pair to try in hopes that the product was what it was described as only to be humiliated.”

Both bras are the comfiest bras I’ve ever had. The catalyst sports bra provides incredible support and its comfortable! “I thought that Knix's return/exchange policy was already generous with its encouragement to wear a new bra as much as I liked for 30 days in order to be sure of the fit. But when I realized today at the end of the exchange process that they didn't even want the bra back, I was so surprised.
The second that I opened my Knix package a few weeks ago, I knew that the Size 3 would not fit -- I had intended to order a 6 to compare with the 5 (Beryl, wear your glasses!). So I really did wear it for only a moment; I wasn't even able to clasp it. And I will indeed pay it forward to someone who will be able to benefit from a brand-new bra for a long time.

“I haven't worn a proper underwire bra in years, but I've never really found the perfect style/fit... until I found Knix! Their LuxeFit Pullover bra is AMAZING! I'm a 38B so my band is quite wide, but my bust is small so it's strange trying to find the right amount of width with minimal support needed... Knix has it all, I am so impressed. I literally can't tell I'm wearing a bra, it's so soft and light-weight, yet supports well and gives my GREAT shape. For smaller busts I'd recommend a size smaller than you're used to, as the fabric does loosen up and eventually molds to your shape. I tend to fluctuate in size lol so I purchased an L and XL for those strange times! SO happy with Knix, just so comfy and flattering!”
“I received the catalyst sports bra as a gift at Christmas. After wearing it and loving it for running and workouts, the adjustable strap on one side began to rip. I contacted the company and they were so fast and courteous about fixing my problem and replacing the product without any hassle whatsoever (thank you Hanna)! Such nice customer service to deal with, especially with such an amazing product that I would very much recommend to anyone! The catalyst sports bra works so well for largest busts and it allowed me to wear one sports bra instead of two like I was regularly doing!”
“The sizing is fine. The boy short fits well. The bikini not so much, rides up and creates a wedgie. Also these are not absorbent at all. I have minor bladder leakage and I feel the wetness more in these than my regular underwear.”
“These are nice underwear and customer service was very accommodating, but there are a couple big issues with the leakproof underwear. The sizing for the small leakproof lace thong was huge, at least two sizes too big. The leakproof lace bikini and cheeky were sized appropriately. The biggest issue is that, while these are comfortable underwear and I wear them regularly (great for leaks while working out or other daily routines), they are NOT leakproof period underwear. They could be used as a light liner, but will leak quickly if used for much more than this. If you want solid period underwear, check out Thinx, underwear specifically made to hold up to periods.”
“I have a pair of athletic Knix underwear. They end up giving me a wedgie and riging way up my back every time. I have had the product for a while, but not worn/ washed often. The "seamless" edges have delaminated and come loose from the rest of the underwear in the crotch. I contacted them to share that the product has failed, and they asked how I wash it (I was it the same as I do my cheap underwear that has lasted way longer) and said it sounds like I used it enough to justify the damage. I will not be purchasing another product from Knix. They market a quality product, and charge accordingly, but clearly the product they create does not match that, and they don't stand behind it. ”
“Poorly made products and terrible customer service. I asked them for suggestions to fix a bra that was falling apart after less than 2 years. Their reply offered no suggestions but instead stated that I should replace my bras every 8-12 months and then lectured me on how to care for it. (I know how to care for bras, I've been wearing them for more than 20 years and even the cheapest ones have lasted me longer than 2 years) They then proceeded to offer me 15% off my next purchase. Why would I want to make another purchase from a company that sells inferior products and treats their customers so poorly?
I replied to their email that I was disappointed with their response and they never bothered to get back to me.”

Their highly rated reviews on their website seems fake. I don't trust this brand at all. I would never purchase from them again.”
