“I'm covering two products in this review: the unpadded evolution bra, and the thigh savers. To start off with the pros, I thought the bra was fairly comfortable, as I don't like underwire and prefer a bra you can't really feel. The fabric feels very synthetic, but this didn't bother me for the most part, except for when I got bumps there if I got too sweaty. I also liked the customer service, and got a free bra on a product they weren't accepting exchanges for.
The sizes were weird. I didn't like that there was pretty much no guarantee that it would fit me. When I first got the bra, it was supportive and tight, and its performance peaked after about a week or two of using it. Since then, it continues to lose its shape, and the biggest problem for me is that it is not durable whatsoever. I use the lingerie bag provided, and I don't wash it excessively, and after a few months, the glue holding the fabric together has come undone in places. Some women have also had issues with the "cups," either being too loose and becoming wrinkly, or being too compressive and uncomfortable. This is inevitable when you create your product to essentially be "one size fits most." Overall, I wanted to like this product, as I crave the comfort of commando boobs without the gawking that comes with it, but this product fell short in effectiveness, durability, and attractiveness.
On the otherhand, the thigh savers are pretty effective, although the fabric is the same highly synthetic blend, which may be a problem for those with sensitive skin. They're long enough to where they don't roll up too easily, but they do eventually if you have thick thighs like me. However, I can't speak to the durability of those, as I simply have not worn or washed them enough to tell.”
“These underwear have changed my life!
Prior to these underwear, my periods were hell. My internal anatomy is very messed up because I have a uterine rupture during labour making tampons near impossible to wear without immense pain, and then I have to wear a pad anyways because they leak so badly.
Pads were not working for me either. I would always end up with vaginosis or a yeast infection and my periods have been so heavy that my pad needed to be changed incredibly frequently.
I also tried the diva cup and a couple other product similar, but again because of my unnatural internal anatomy they always leaked and caused pain.
I saw an ad for your products and ordered right away. After wearing them for one cycle I was sold, well really I was all on day one!
The underwear is extremely comfortable, absorbent and does not cause me any of the issues that pads, tampons or cups caused me.
As a nurse, health promotion is something that I am very passionate about. These underwear would be ideal for women who are postpartum and healing from giving birth, for teenagers and women who are not comfortable with the idea of using tampons or things like the diva cup. They’re also ideal for people who have unpredictable periods. And let’s face it, they’re also ideal for those whose periods are like clockwork because they can simply wear these underwear the day they know their period is going to begin! No more surprises, wondering when it’s going to come and having to be prepared in a much more inconvenient way than simply wearing a pair of your underwear.
I for one find your underwear so comfortable that I wear them almost every day!
Prior to wearing your underwear every day I had chronic UTIs, some so badly that they would turn into kidney infections and have ended up in the hospital several times because of it. Ever since I’ve been wearing your underwear I haven’t had a single UTI, that’s a huge deal for me!

“I am happy to say that after a few 'size' tries that I am one happy lady. Initially I ordered the wrong size, talked to one C.S. gal who recommended a different size, they sent a new bra, no charge and unfortunately it was too small in the band - after another chat with a different C.S. gal I finally received the right size bra and I love it - have ordered 2 more! I have never experienced such great service, such patience when dealing with an on-line product. My only comment would be make the sizing more accessible on your website, it is confusing and difficult to access. But now life goes on, wired bras are no more in my wardrobe and onwards - and yup I brag to all my friends about the bras :)”
“I'm sorry to write a bad review. I purchased 3 pair or leak proof undies. I purchased my regular size M. The website claims "invisible under anything". I was excited to try them on. They were so tight, they made VISIBLE PANTY LINES. I did not like this. I emailed customer service asking for a refund. Later to find out Knix does not offer refunds on unworn undies. Since I had only worn one pair, I thought I'd be able to return the other two. In the first response Customer Service said to wear the underwear, wash them and they will stretch out. They did not address my question.
After writing back for another refund I mentioned the last three companies I've purchased undies from (Victoria's Secret, Madewell and Thirdlove) all have at least a 30 day refund on unworn product. I think Customer service is subpar, although quick to respond. I also think Knix would be wise to review their return policy.
Sorry for such poor policy.”

“Love, love ,love Knixwear! I mistakenly ordered the wrong bra and when I contacted customer service to see if I could exchange it, they replied within minutes! They gave me the very simple instructions for exchange and within minutes my replacement bra was ordered. “Peekaboo bikini top, claims to have a supportive cup, but they is no support offered with a cup that has no 'bottom' , only the typical slide-in padding. The band does not supply any support at all and is the whimpiest part of this top. Also the front tie is not adjustable as claimed. Thr back clasp is one of those one piece slider bars that, unless sewn in, turns sideways with any tension.”

“Purchased a pair of underwear that was both uncomfortable and way too big - I wear a medium from every other brand and store, but the medium from Knix was about 2 inches wider! In terms of the period-proof aspect, they're just as uncomfortable as wearing a heavy pad, and too loose to be leak-proof. As many others have mentioned, there is a no-return and no-refund policy, which is frustrating for such an expensive item.
I left a 2-star review on the site, with a photo attached displaying the Knix garment next to a standard medium for size comparison. The site never published my review! In fact, I scrolled through and there are only 4 and 5 star reviews on the site. Dishonest!”
“Bought the catalyst. The "molded cups" give you cone boobs and the straps are so far apart they slide off you shoulders. On to of that they WON'T LET ME RETURN IT even though it's been less than a month since purchase because I bought it on Black Friday. Don't waste your money on an online bra you can't try on and can't return.”
“The leakproof underwear boast they can “absorb up to two tampons worth of liquid” which is absolutely absurd. They couldn’t even handle a teaspoon of blood. I thought I would be able to wear these instead of a pantyliner but they couldn’t even handle the smallest amount of leakage. I believe the advertising is 100% misleading and I am very upset I spend 100 dollars on a 4 pairs of basically everyday underwear.”
“The sports bra is super comfy and I love it. The Evolution tank was not for me, but Knix really knocked it out of the park with their customer service. They don't do international returns, but instead refunded my money and asked me to donate the tank to a friend or local womens' shelter. Love it!”
