“Worst bras I have ever had. Weird material. Awkward fit. I bought two bras that were not supposed to be padded, but they were. They fit poorly and looked ridiculous. I’ve always worn wireless bras. There are plenty of good ones on the market. These over-priced monsters are not among them. Don’t waste your money.”

Unlike other reviewers I did like the underwear and bras. I was looking for a nice bra without underwire and I felt the Knix fit well, not perfect but nice. I ordered from the company 4 times
The 4th order did not arrive. I have been trying to get in touch with somebody in the company for the last week. I tried their live chat. After holding for approximately half an hour, nobody joined. I have called them three times; no one answers. I have left voicemails with my call back number, my issue and my order number. The VM says they will get back to you in 24 hours, still waiting from the initial call which was a week ago. It really is very frustrating. Sorry to say, will never order again.
Does anyone know of a more reliable company with a comfortable non-underwire bra?”
“Terrible material, fit and look. It felt like you were wearing a tourniquet and like your circulation was been cut off. Extremely uncomfortable and it will give you the most horrendous uniboob I have even seen and experienced. Don’t waste your money on this garbage!!!”

“The sizing was completely inaccurate, for the past 20 years or more I have always taken a size medium in underwear, they don’t fit ( too small) Either I messed up, or they messed up, but the bras are definitely four sizes too small from their faulty size chart. And of course there is no refund. So $150 gone. What is the difference if they are on sale or not it is still new items that are useless to me. Never again … Never got a refund.”

“They lie! They use chemicals in their underwear! I had a reaction similar feeling to a UTI after wearing them for 2 days. Stopped wearing them, symptoms went away. Tried again a week later, same symptoms returned. As soon as I confirmed it was the underwear I emailed Knix to tell them and ask exactly what is in them so I knew what I was reacting to. They still claimed they don’t use any chemical os PFAS’s and they do use seaweed fiber. and immediately refunded me in full. Don’t waste your time, its too good to be true sadly!”
“Ordered online using the suggested bra size for my 38DDs and also some shorts.
The bras were so ill-fitting it was almost funny. I know the advertising says they mould to your body after a few wears but they wouldn’t even do up so no hope of them stretching to fit. I sent them back, no problem, and got a refund. But I couldn’t return the shorts. I’m a size 16 and ordered XL which my size 12 friend found snug.
A Knix store opened in our city so I was really hopeful that the perfect unwired bra could be fitted properly. But ugh. They have sample sizes, so you’re trying on bras that may have been tried on by countless other customers. One of them was truly gross and I didnt even try it on. Sizing is odd for the bigger cups, and I was unable to find a good fit.”
“Customer service was great. I ordered the Wingwoman bra size according to the chart. It was way too small. Exchanged for a larger size which fit exactly like the other one. I’m through dealing with this.

“Placed an order, after about a week I get an email saying the products were oversold and my order was being cancelled. Despite never shipping I was charged for the order and then had to follow up about a refund and was told it could take up to two weeks. I wish I'd never placed an order here. The experience was strange and unprofessional. I wish I'd read reviews before ordering because it seems like there are a lot of issues here.”
“Your advertising claims that your bras are so much more comfortable than under wires. I did not find that to be the case. Your bra was so uncomfortable to wear that I could not wait to take it off.
You also advertise that no one has the time or patience for underwire bras. That's the most absurd thing I've ever heard. It does not take time or patience to put on an underwire. Your advertisement should really talk about comfort only. But I found that not to be the case. Your bra cut into my skin in a very painful way. And I know I had exactly the right size. This purchase was a very big mistake. I'm glad I only bought one bra to try it out. Don't waste your money!!!”
