“After spending almost $500 on Kniz bra I can confidently say “don’t do it!!” The bras will eventually stretch and slip off your shoulders. You will wish this was because you’re losing weight but unfortunately this can’t be true, because all your other non-knix bras fit exactly the same. As they always have. The hardware on these bras are cheap….and I mean…cheap!! At least it feels like they are. There’s is nothing good about these bras except the commercials/ads for them are cute.”
“Ordered online using the suggested bra size for my 38DDs and also some shorts.
The bras were so ill-fitting it was almost funny. I know the advertising says they mould to your body after a few wears but they wouldn’t even do up so no hope of them stretching to fit. I sent them back, no problem, and got a refund. But I couldn’t return the shorts. I’m a size 16 and ordered XL which my size 12 friend found snug.
A Knix store opened in our city so I was really hopeful that the perfect unwired bra could be fitted properly. But ugh. They have sample sizes, so you’re trying on bras that may have been tried on by countless other customers. One of them was truly gross and I didnt even try it on. Sizing is odd for the bigger cups, and I was unable to find a good fit.”
“Customer service was great. I ordered the Wingwoman bra size according to the chart. It was way too small. Exchanged for a larger size which fit exactly like the other one. I’m through dealing with this.
This is the worst bra ever! Total rip-off! Do not waste your money! Expensive lesson.😢”

“The material is great - smooth, silky, feels like air - but the sizing at the start is brutal. They fit extremely tight at the start and it takes a long long time for them to "break in." Too long. And in the three mediums I bought, not one pair fits the same as the other. Inconsistent based on colour and design it seems.”
“Placed an order, after about a week I get an email saying the products were oversold and my order was being cancelled. Despite never shipping I was charged for the order and then had to follow up about a refund and was told it could take up to two weeks. I wish I'd never placed an order here. The experience was strange and unprofessional. I wish I'd read reviews before ordering because it seems like there are a lot of issues here.”
“Your advertising claims that your bras are so much more comfortable than under wires. I did not find that to be the case. Your bra was so uncomfortable to wear that I could not wait to take it off.
You also advertise that no one has the time or patience for underwire bras. That's the most absurd thing I've ever heard. It does not take time or patience to put on an underwire. Your advertisement should really talk about comfort only. But I found that not to be the case. Your bra cut into my skin in a very painful way. And I know I had exactly the right size. This purchase was a very big mistake. I'm glad I only bought one bra to try it out. Don't waste your money!!!”
“It's so hard to find legitimate reviews because it seems like everyone is obsessed with these. And I was too, the first two months I wore them! However, after just a couple of cycles, they started immediately leaking within hours of wearing them. I have a light flow and am on birth control. I only use pads, so was looking for an environmentally friendly alternative. When I contacted customer service they told me to use a menstrual cup or tampon (which I don't use) and these are for "back up" with heavy flow (which I don't have) and there was nothing they could do since it was outside of the 30 day return policy.
I followed the care instructions, but the quality degraded so quickly. Customer service claimed "they never get this complaint" and she didn't have any idea why that would be the case with proper care. I'm now out $100 and the landfill is going to have more stuff in it instead of less. Very disappointed.”
“I purchased two bras a couple of months ago. The trouble is that the padding doesn’t remain in place and moves around. I tried to fix in place with pins but doesn’t work. Not comfortable. I bought because a Canadian company but not worth the money.”

“My order hadn’t shipped after 9 days. After inquiring via email, I received a shipping notification after 40 minutes. My package arrived the following day, opened it and no bra, just the wash bag. After attempting to contact customer service a few times, got a refund and a discount code for future purchase. Decided to try ordering a different style but the discount code didn’t work. Spent 20 minutes on hold, received another discount code that also didn’t work.”
“Sports Bra: Tried several sizes of band and cup size and could not find a fit. Straps gaped or fell off shoulder, band rode up, with and without band extender, generally uncomfortable.”
“I followed the sizing chart and typically wear a medium, ordered a couple thongs and few of the bikini style underwear. Wanted to invest what I thought was quality. Unfortunately, the underwear was very tight around my thigh and was digging into my side. I ordered the racer back bralette and it was so small my breasts were so squished and didn’t cover them. I’m not very large chested and followed the size chart, but returned everything and didn’t reorder. Refund process was very quick.”
“Vey Duspointed in the bras, they are a heavy material that is not flattering, fairly uncomfortable and do not hold the ladies proper at all. Terrible customer service good luck getting your money back they wouldn't even return my calls or email.”
