“I am in Canada. I went through 3 sizes of the Knix Wingwoman bra, the last one after a virtual fitting. It appears to be good quality but none of them fit so I can't give the bra itself any rating, but their customer service was great. They did all the exchanges quickly, as well as the eventual refund. In addition, they didn't want any of the 3 bras back and told me to donate them which I think is awesome. Very impressed with the company, too bad the bra isn't for me.”

“VERY DISSAPOINTING EXPERIENCE. After all the online measuring with their representative, the fitting was incorrect. When I tried to order I was told that there was a sale going on and the merchandise would NOT be returnable, so I waited additional days to order. I frequently order clothing online, and their product took longer than most for delivery. Other companies provide a much easier method for return including labels. Not going to a website to initiate the return. I don't usually comment on my customer experience, but this was disappointing on so many levels, that someone at Knix should be made aware of it.”

“I just bought a wireless bra in a 44 A size cup padded. It fits perfectly and is so comfortable that I don't feel like I have a bra on. I'm older so it has padding on the upper part of the bra that gravity has taken away. I love it.”

“Started wearing my new Knix underwear on the 2nd day of my period (I have a heavy flow). I wore a super overnight pad and the Knix underwear and leaked through within a few hours of sleeping. I was so excited about these and paid $123.35 for 5 or 6 pair. If they worked they’d be worth the investment but they do not 😞 Don’t recommend!!”

“I ordered 3 bras. 1 fit wonderfully the other 2 were not as stated in the description and way too big. When I went to return them, I found they could not be returned due to being "wharehouse sale". I don't recall seeing this, however, the agent stated is clearly shown. I could not even exchange them for the one I liked. I would not recommend this company. I'll go back to Jockey; they have a good return policy.”

“I'm writing this because I think the period panties are gross!! Discusting, unsanitary. I mean who wants to wear the same pair all day? Thats like wearing the same pad all day. That seems unsanitary and couldn't that cause some kind of infection? And then your going to put them in the laundry basket to be washed. Unless you are going to wash them out by hand everyday. You certainly wouldn't want them laying in the laundry basket till you get enough laundry for a full load. Ewww! GROSS! GROSS!”
“I have ordered from Knix in the past and had no problem exchanging an item if the fit was not correct. I recently ordered two bras online which, admittedly, were on sale. I used the sizing recommendation; however, one bra fit perfectly and the second bra was at least one size too large. I contacted the company simply for an exchange; however, they were adamant it was a "final sale". I understand this but I was not looking for a monetary return; I merely wanted to exchange for a bra that would fit. I now own a Knix bra that is too large for me, will never be worn and will be donated. Knix has lost my business.”
“I bought my first Knix bra a year ago and I will never switch! It took a lifetime to find a bra that feels wonderful. I lost 80+ pounds last year and I thought about going with cheap bras during the interim phase but I couldn’t torture myself like that. So I bought a lot of bras from Knix! My favorite is the pullover bra which feels like a wonderful hug. It’s supportive and beautiful. I also wear the adjustable sports bra. Last year I bought a lounge set that is the coziest winter clothing I’ve ever found. Even though it’s too big now I can’t part with it. I hope they make it again. Try a bra, you can send it back if you disagree.”
