“I ordered the pull over bra. It was too small. I was amazed at the return policy !! I wanted to exchange it for a size large and my new one is coming with a note that the size medium can be donated to someone in need. I’ve never seen a company with that policy and I am super impressed.”
“I have purchased the non leak and leak proof underwear. I absolutely love both. I try to keep them out of the dryer, but even though that doesn’t always happen, they wash and dry perfectly. I don’t wear any other type of underwear since finding Knix. I have had several pairs well over a year now, and they still look new. As for their bras, I ordered a couple different types and now I’m stuck on their Wingwoman Contour bra. I’m 60 years old, and have a little extra weight on me. I love the way the bra tucks everything in nicely. With regards to the bras, I think you need to try a few types to see what works best for your body type.
Also, I just received my Knix bathing suit. I ordered the classic one price and it feels and fits amazing. I based my order on my bra size.
I haven’t worn it to the beach or the pool, and I can’t tell you how it looks after several washes, but based on my experience with quality of their bras and underwear, I’m confident it will be the same great quality.”
“I read all the negative reviews regarding knix products. I do agree the crotch area could be a bit wider, but I have several pair and have used them for nearly a year. I have found them to fit well. I would like to know if the leakproof quality can be rejuvenated once it is gone. Yes they are costly, but I have found they keep me from having to change my outer wet clothing several times a day. I use knix for my lack of bladder control.”

The customer service is incredible, online they responded within a couple of hours with a very friendly and helpful email, and they followed up as well with good advice. I then went into their store in Toronto and the customer service there was just as good. My daughter also loves their period underwear, and they last a very long time. “So I got the three pack and wore them on several nights out drinking in Nashville with a group of girlfriends. Typically when I drink several alcoholic beverages I have trouble holding my urine until I get all the way to the toilet. Sometimes I have a few drops leak out when almost there. This happened as usual and the undies worked great. They seemed slightly damp when I first pulled them back up but that sensation passed quickly. No odor or issue after that. They were comfy for a plus size gal, and cute styles. Would def say they are a must buy!”
