“Overall a smooth experience, the gifts were very high quality and my mom really enjoyed them. Only point of improvement would maybe be to expand on the available banks for Bank Transaction payment, since only BPI and BDO are available. Or to declare those are the only ones available before the user chooses the method of payment. It would also be nice to include better order tracking, or to send a receipt or list of items the user bought.”

“I had a smooth transaction when I ordered but got disappointed during delivery. I understand that it was Mother's Day which is why I scheduled my delivery in the morning. It was already 11am and I haven't gotten an update from them so I had to message them to ask about my order, turns out the flowers were still with them and still not on the way. I would understand that it's hard to book a driver but I would also really appreciate if they informed me earlier just so I know what to expect. I even offered to help book lalamove cause I feel like they weren't prioritizing my order despite the delay. When I ask about what time I can expect to receive the flowers, they would tell me that they couldn't give an ETA. Hope that this doesn't happen to other customers, a simple update can make a big difference in our overall experience.”

Hi Sam, thank you for your honest feedback. We apologize for the unpleasant experience you had with the delivery of your order. We investigated on what happened with your order but since the deluivery is outside Metro Manila, we really had a hard time to book it . All orders that we have received that have deliveries outside the Metro were booked by 7am , but we have issues with the courier (because of the peak period) hence your order was picked up at a later time. We usually don't accept orders outside Metro Manila during peak period ;( but nevertheless we accepted this order hoping we won't be having issues with the delivery. Again we do apologize and we are thankful with this feedback as it can help us improve more in our process and operations. “First time ordering from Knots.ph. Ordered the Prismatic Glimmer. At first I was a bit worried because Mother’s Day is usually tricky when it comes to deliveries, but they answered my queries and the flowers were delivered on time and looked beautiful. My mom loved her flowers and it’s now sitting in a vase. Also love the touch of handwritten envelopes. All in all very happy with my experience with knots.ph. Would gladly recommend.”
