“Delivered on time but not sure if recipient was advised via phone call of the delivery. My friend was not aware of gift but was only advised by another member of household of the delivery.”

“First time ordering here! The UI looks reliable that's why I had no doubt placing an order. I ordered it in the afternoon, my friend got it in the evening, same day! My friend was really surprised and happy when she received the flowers and gifts! She sent me a photo and it looked so nice!! Thank you Knots.ph! This will be my go to whenever I need to go extra mile to surprise someone!”

“I used knots to deliver flowers and a nice treat to my cousin who was in the hospital. Knots was incredibly easy to navigate and use. Very user friendly! Customer service was also fantastic. I used whatsapp to get in touch with someone to confirm the delivery address and to also send me a photo of my order prior to it being delivered and they were so accommodating. I am from Canada and just wanted to ensure I was dealing with professionals. I am so glad I stumbled upon them during my search for "flower delivery in Manila." I highly recommend them and will order from them again. Thanks knots!”

“For someone who is not based in the Philippines, this is a very convenient way to send flowers/gifts. Easy to use, organized team and the staff are very helpful and responsive.
