Hi Carina, Thank you for the feedback and the positive comments about the service. As for the flowers, please allow me to apologize for this. The weather yesterday was a bit crazy, this may cause the flower to dry up during the delivery process. Nevertheless, We take feedback from our customers very seriously and will be raising this issue to our dispatch team and 3rd party couriers for us to avoid such issues from happening again. “The items were in great condition when it arrived and the recipient was satisfied. Just two things: first, I requested for a photo of the items well before having them delivered, but I didn't get one. Last, whoever is managing your WhatsApp account wasn't that accommodating (for lack of a better word). No worries though, I understand it might be a busy time. Overall, the service is good.”

“The product is beautiful. Service is okay. I just didn't quite understand why my email did not reach you or maybe the one handling the email did not see my email. Overall, it's good.
