“Thanks for organising the delivery with minimum fuss, and making sure it arrived. The only feedback I have is that the site couldn't automatically apply a delivery surcharge, and it would be a smoother process if it could.”

“The flowers and service was really good. I just hope that you notify the buyer about changing the flower color before doing so, because the lilac/purple roses that was supposed to be delivered became pink ones. That way, we could get to choose its replacement.”

“Overall I'm happy with the service. Delivery was a bit late in the day, but it's understandable, it was Valentine's Day. The flowers looked fresh and amazing and the packaging and card were really nice. Customer service was really good too.”

“The items were in great condition when it arrived and the recipient was satisfied. Just two things: first, I requested for a photo of the items well before having them delivered, but I didn't get one. Last, whoever is managing your WhatsApp account wasn't that accommodating (for lack of a better word). No worries though, I understand it might be a busy time. Overall, the service is good.”

“The product is beautiful. Service is okay. I just didn't quite understand why my email did not reach you or maybe the one handling the email did not see my email. Overall, it's good. This was my first time ordering because I am trying other flower stores that sell a good products, besides flowerstore and flowerchimp. Thank you.”

“Ordering & delivery experience are good but some hampers are not worth the money. Might want to consider putting the price for each item in the hamper so people will be aware of why it is priced like that. Also, I received the wrong hamper.”

“My 6th and 7th order this year alone. Love your flowers and friendly service, especially after having a very bad experience with flowerstore.ph (they sent damaged flowers on Valentine's Day, offered to replace, and never did!). However, I have to give you one less star this time, because the flowers arrived in an open carrying bag (flowers were much taller than the bag). While it's a good thing they remained unharmed, I really wish they were better protected. Since I ordered two items, they barely could fit in the box of the Lalamove rider you booked. Thank you, Sam. Keep your standards high! :)”

“Happy that they reached out to me to replace another variety of flowers from those I ordered which is in short supply. It turned out more beautiful than I originally ordered. The packaging looks nice and elegant. Same day delivery is a great plus.”

“The bouquet was very pretty. My grandma was delighted. So I have no problem with the item itself. I just think that customer service can be improved. I requested for a photo pre-delivery (and even sent in a reminder a day prior). Despite their assurances, I did not get one before the flowers reached my grandma. Quite disappointed by that. *NOTE: They have offered a voucher to "make up" for it.”
