“It was my first time ordering flowers online so I was kind of hesitant, but Knots.ph exceeded beyond my expectations. I purchased the Simply Flawless arrangement and it was indeed simple and flawless! The flowers are fresh and looked exactly like in the photos, I would say they looked even better than the photos. Delivery was quick and on time too. I can't wait to purchase again! :) Thank you again and good job Knot.ph!”

“Delivery was on time, however half of the flowers were more of yellow/green rather than pink, and did not seem fresh. It’s really not stunning at all, so I was quite disappointed. Wrapping was the same as the picture.”

Hi Michael, thank you for leaving a feedback, we apologize if you felt disappointed with the flowers you have received. Our CS team informed us regarding this, and upon checking our production team, the pink Ecuadorian roses they used for your order is the "Mondial" pink Ecuadorian rose and usually for this type of variant outer petal will have that greenish yellow color. These batch of roses were just newly imported and we assure you we used fresh roses for your order. If you need anything do let us know, our team will be on stand by to check .
