“Amazing! I ordered these from PEI Canada and they arrived on time and the company kept me informed every step of the way which was so nice. I had never ordered flowers in the Philippines before and I was so glad I found Knots they made everything easy and stress free! 5 Stars are not enough. Thank you Knots we will be ordering again”

“Customer service is more than 5 stars. I was able to talk to someone through their facebook messenger. I talked to "sheng", and I had some requests. She helped through everything, from picking the flower to the whole process of setting up my order and request. I didn't have to do anything, i just talked to sheng through messenger. They also sent me an email with photos of the flower and add-on i requested. Very happy with my experience and I will definitely order again soon.”

“It is my first time ordering through a shop in the Philippines since I’m outside the country, and let me tell you, the service and help they offer is through the roof, especially the owner’s patience since I had to double-check everything. “Knots.ph offers a selection of superb flower arrangements at a reasonable price. In my case, the delivered product exactly matched the photograph from the catalog and had reached the receiver promptly. There was a bit of a technical problem with the online order system in their website, but it was duly resolved. Both seller and receiver are satisfied.”

“I liked the photos but filling up the form was not easy. When making payments, the app would pop up say that not all fields are filled up. It does not say which fields are required. I left others empty which were not applicable. Also, there is a shipping address already upon check out but I think I had to fill it up 3 times. The app should be more user friendly”
