Delivered on the agreed date. The flowers though were not that fresh: the tips of the petals of the roses are already dark; the accompanying lysanthiums were already wide bloom that their final phase was imminent...but I guess this aspect can be studied further to assure freshness upon delivery... Over all impact on the recipient was positive although the product can still be improved. Price/product ratio was a bit disappointing considering that knots products are generally in the high end of the market...I expected more freshness of the flowers...in any case, I wish you more power and drive to continue improving and promoting Philippine flora! Flowers always bring warmth and joy to the heart. Thank you.

We have taken photos before the delivery, and all was in order, it was maybe because of the humid weather here in Metro Manila and the location of delivery was quite far from the pick-up, we will investigate this further as we take all this feedback seriously. Delivered on time but not sure if recipient was advised via phone call of the delivery. My friend was not aware of gift but was only advised by another member of household of the delivery.

Parang nalinta yung flowers? Di naman fresh pag ka deliver i can send a pic if u want. I was expecting the same as what i see in the picture

Hi James, Good morning, thank you for your honest feedback. One of our CS executives will contact you with regards to this. As per checking with our production team, flowers used with your order just arrived from the supplier. It's just that this kind of Ecuadorian rose variety, the Country Home Ecuadorian rose, has this greening and lightish brown outer petals. Ordered 2 bouquet for my grandmas bday as a trial. Fully Paid nov 1 in the evening and scheduled delivery nov 2. Experienced terrible customer service when following up delivery of my orders. then, when the flowers arrived one bouquet looked like it used leftover flowers. Don’t bother with this shop. They will scam you.

When you are having problems with delivery address please try other avenues to find solution to pin the address down. Better communication with customer could have been so much more appreciated.

I had a smooth transaction when I ordered but got disappointed during delivery. I understand that it was Mother's Day which is why I scheduled my delivery in the morning. It was already 11am and I haven't gotten an update from them so I had to message them to ask about my order, turns out the flowers were still with them and still not on the way. I would understand that it's hard to book a driver but I would also really appreciate if they informed me earlier just so I know what to expect. I even offered to help book lalamove cause I feel like they weren't prioritizing my order despite the delay. When I ask about what time I can expect to receive the flowers, they would tell me that they couldn't give an ETA. Hope that this doesn't happen to other customers, a simple update can make a big difference in our overall experience.

Hi Sam, thank you for your honest feedback. We apologize for the unpleasant experience you had with the delivery of your order. We investigated on what happened with your order but since the deluivery is outside Metro Manila, we really had a hard time to book it . All orders that we have received that have deliveries outside the Metro were booked by 7am , but we have issues with the courier (because of the peak period) hence your order was picked up at a later time. We usually don't accept orders outside Metro Manila during peak period ;( but nevertheless we accepted this order hoping we won't be having issues with the delivery. Again we do apologize and we are thankful with this feedback as it can help us improve more in our process and operations. Flowers are pretty and so is the arrangement.😊 However, not fresh upon delivery. πŸ˜” In terms of customer service, overall experience was good. Response is very prompt. I just had a concern regarding the delivery as i was supposed to pick it up from the store. No feedback from the person contacted via Viber that store at Ayala Manila Bay was closed when in fact i wrote in the order form that it was for pick up. I only knew about it during the day of delivery. Good thing, they were able to book a rider and delivered it on time.

Hi Aila, Thank you for your feedback. As per checking with the Customer Service team, the order form was no indication that it was for pick-up at Ayala, and only "for pick-up", and when they created the order they have stated in the e-mail pick-up is at Poblacion since our shop at Ayala Malls Manila Bay is still closed. Also as for the flowers used in your order, it was a new batch of flowers that came in from the supplier, and before the courier you booked collected the order, flowers are all in good shape. You forgot to place or give us how to preserve the flowers. Do not give info that too last minute like you do not have the color of paper to wrap the flowers! Always be ready for a candle of the cake of course!
