“Overall, knots.ph took care of my flower needs. The flower and cake I ordered from them arrived in excellent condition. The only thing I took note was the special delivery instruction I requested them. I mentioned that it be delivered before lunch time, it arrived around 12:30pm. I had to tell the recipient to wait a bit. But other than that, it was almost perfect.”

“I liked the photos but filling up the form was not easy. When making payments, the app would pop up say that not all fields are filled up. It does not say which fields are required. I left others empty which were not applicable. Also, there is a shipping address already upon check out but I think I had to fill it up 3 times. The app should be more user friendly”

“Four stars rating. Ordering process was easy. The only issue was the Rider did not know where to go so I don't know if the address was not communicated to him properly. The flowers were also much more impressive than I anticipated. I loved that there were other things to add to the arrangement like balloons, toppers etc. I will order again. Thank you!!!”

“Thanks for sending updates throughout the whole thing, I don't know if I could change the text on the card, I would've if that was allowed. I wish the delivery time could be earlier, as the recipient was already at work by 9am, but overall I am satisfied. Thank you!”

“A bit disappointed this time because the typo was not corrected, the tiny flowers I requested to be added was not added, and the receipt was in the bag. :( But the actual tulips were very pretty. I just wish it was cut longer. I would still order, ill just not rely on the customer service so much for add-ons.”

“3.8 some of the daisies had black maybe it was decayed a bit but overall good product but wish na it came in a box instead para mas secure lalo na motor nagdedeliver and naeexpose sa dumi like the smoke. And also wished na the sellers put extra wrappers ng flower (yung linagay sa tulip mismo) kasi there was only 1 out of 3 and i thought lahat malalagyan. Aside from all tjat i love the product and will probably buy again. Affordable and good quality product”

“I believe you can improve on the packaging for you to get a five-star rating. You can make the bag clear or transparent so people to appreciate the bouquet wrapper. You can also lengthen the bag or handle so that it can be easily carried or handled. Other than these, I am happy with your product.”
