“Knot PH made surprising my best friend Maricar on her birthday so easy and stress-free! Their website is super easy to navigate, and the 24/7 availability made ordering very convenient. I was able to place my order just a few hours before the requested delivery, and they still pulled it off perfectly. The flower arrangement was fresh and beautifully done, and the cupcakes were both stunning and delicious. Everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition. “Discovering Knots.ph feels like stumbling upon a hidden gem! Their products and service are both phenomenal. 👌🏻 The arrangements I've ordered have exceeded expectations. The recipients and those who've seen photos posted online were all wowed. The quality of the designs available at Knots.ph drew me in – they're more sophisticated and unique than what I've found in many other online flower stores in the Philippines, which tend to look common or generic. Their service is top-notch. Ordering and paying online was a breeze. The Knots.ph team even proactively contacted me through email, WhatsApp, and Viber to discuss modifications needed due to material availability. Afterwards, they kept me posted on the preparation of my order and subsequent delivery. Their persistence in reaching me is a stark contrast to the service I've received from other flower stores (including two that begin with "Flower" 🙊). As tempting as it is to keep this hidden gem a secret, Knots.ph deserves their flowers (😛) and discerning Filipino consumers deserve better quality flower arrangements and service.”

“I’m very happy with the service provided! Order process was smooth and easy - I needed some things substituted and they were very helpful. It was delivered promptly and the recipient loved it! I did the order from overseas so it was nice to know everything was taken care of by the team. Will definitely use Knots again for future gifts!”
