“First time buyer here. Website looks awesome and easy to navigate. Chat box powered by messenger is available but replied by a bot. Would appreciate if someone can reply to queries. I sent a few but no replies. No personal/human touch. ** Checking out and payment can be improved. If you go to the payments page and the payment option is not appropriate for you, your basket contents for checkout disappears and you have to click the item again, check out and re-fill in the details again. Quality of the flowers are excellent! My wife loved the tulips bouquet. Thankyou so much!***** However, half are already opened/bloomed. The netting may have fallen off these buds and with the temperature caused it to open already. Understandable as coming from Makati area and my delivery area is Fairview, QC. Could improve on delivery service-- Lalamove from Makati to Fairview, QC? Better with company owned small reefer vans based from experience to ensure fresh looking beautiful flowers or my delivery area is too far to ensure perfect quality bouquets*** Overall, above average experience. *** Thank you so much”
