“I give a rating of 5. The transaction was smooth and quick. Hannah assisted very well. I think the online platform needs to be fixed just in case clients can't make a phone inquiry. But all in all I am satisfied with the product and service. Thanks to you!”

“Tulip flowers are hard to find esecially in a tropical country like ours. But thanks to this shop, they have all the kinds. Flowers are fresh and its wrapping is presentable. Very lovely and pleasing. Plus, the convenience as they can also opt to deliver it. I highly recommend this shop. And would love to order again to give it to person I love.”

“If I could give more than 5* I would! I live in London and wanted to send my mum flowers for Mother’s Day. The online ordering service was so easy to use. Unfortunately the day I sent the flowers my mum was away but Knots worked hard to communicate and send to a relative the same day - unparalleled service! The flowers turned up and my mum sent my pics, they looked stunning. She said they made her day, and it almost didn’t if Knots didn’t go above and beyond like they did. Highly recommend!!!”
