“I had a very good experience with the knots.ph customer service rep that assisted me. I am overseas and had a hard time finding a flower delivery service the last minute for my mom. I had placed an order even if it was set to deliver the next day. I just took my chances and messaged via FB messenger. She was so kind and helpful that she was able to recommend me something that can be delivered just before Mother’s day ends. Both my mom and I were very happy with the purchase!”

“Flowers were pretty, fresh, delivered on time. I just thought that the bouquet was smaller as compared to the picture posted. Maybe you could put an object for scale or indicate approximate measurements in the future.”

“I love the flower arrangements and the price is reasonable. However I noticed that the ends of Ecuadorian rose petals was a bit withered. Could have been from the humid weather. Overall it was good and I will definitely order again.”
