“to blame a squished and wilted looking boquet to the mishandling of the courier does is not an excuse because the courier was booked by your company and it has nothing to do with the end customer. therefore, knots.ph is accountable for the problem. there are easy ways to mitigate these problems like placing items in a box or some sort of better packaging, having your own in-house courier or using an enclosed vechicle to do the delivery.”

“The flower arrangement was beautiful and good presentation and the metal stick for the card is good. Also pleased that they write my message as requested. Constructive comment: 1) If possible not to mix paper flowers with real fresh flowers especially on an elegant large bouquet as it cheapens it. 2) For Mother’s Day it was fully booked delivery so I had no choice but to have the boquets delivered the day before. It would be a wise business strategy to add manpower and delivery service for such special occasion that way all orders can be delivered on the day of the occassion itself - in this case Mother’s Day”

Hi Christina, Thank you for your feedback. :) For the bouquet, we just want to inform that we didn't use any paper flowers, i think you saw the description as "paper roses" but it is called lisianthus, but here in Manila some people call it as paper roses. We all used fresh flowers in the bouquet you selected as we also don't have paper flowers ;(. We apologise if there was a confusion with the description, will ask the team to update the description in the website. Also, thank you for raising the matter of adding man power as yes we have enough manpower , but with the overwhelming support we received for Mother's day the manpower that was planned was still not enough. What happened this year will be an advantage for us to plan ahead and we are thankful for you our customers in leaving us valuable feedback to help us be better in our process. “The Knots website makes it convenient to place orders for floral arrangements. They are also responsive on FB messenger and Viber. They use great quality flowers. Everything from the floral arrangement, to the packaging, and greeting card is well thought of. The bouquet we got for our Mom was also delivered in great condition. The price of my order seemed pretty reasonable to me. It’s a really pretty bouquet of flowers! My Mom loves it!😍 Thank you so much! Glad to have discovered this reliable flowershop on IG. 😊”

“The arrangement is stunning. But I have to take 2 stars out because the 2 of the 3 ecuadorian roses are wilted already. Im so.disappointed because I am supposed to give it to my mom for mothers day. -UPDATE- Excellent customer service from Knots.ph. Because I was a bit unhappy with my first bouquet, they gave a me complimentary bouquet. Fresh flowers and, of course, beautiful arrangement. I'm sure my mom will like them.”
