“Overall I'm happy with the service. Delivery was a bit late in the day, but it's understandable, it was Valentine's Day. The flowers looked fresh and amazing and the packaging and card were really nice. Customer service was really good too.”

The weather yesterday was a bit crazy, this may cause the flower to dry up during the delivery process. Nevertheless, We take feedback from our customers very seriously and will be raising this issue to our dispatch team and 3rd party couriers for us to avoid such issues from happening again.
