As per checking with our production team, flowers used with your order just arrived from the supplier. It's just that this kind of Ecuadorian rose variety, the Country Home Ecuadorian rose, has this greening and lightish brown outer petals. “Ordered 2 bouquet for my grandmas bday as a trial. Fully Paid nov 1 in the evening and scheduled delivery nov 2. Experienced terrible customer service when following up delivery of my orders. then, when the flowers arrived one bouquet looked like it used leftover flowers. Don’t bother with this shop. They will scam you.”
