“Although there are some changes in the arrangement, Knots manage to appear it beautiful.The delivery is on time and Knots are very responsive in any changes that you may/will be requested. I will recommend it to my friends and relative”

“Definitely 5 out of 5 stars! I purchased from Knots PH for the first time and certainly won't be my last! Had a number of unforeseen circumstances and requests on my end, but Bench (the person I spoke to the most throughout) was very helpful and understanding! The good service and beautiful flowers are the reasons why I would be a returning customer to Knots PH! :D”

Once I was able to choose, it was easy placing an order thru their website. May I also suggest having a filter where I can view all products, instead of having to click different categories? “Excellent customer service! it was quite easy to navigate the website and choose from their offers. Payment options are very convenient. I loved that we can schedule the delivery, too. On delivery day they contacted me via Viber about my add-ons and I was pleasantly shookt and impressed about how they handled a minor snafu. They sent me photos before delivery. Overall the experience was very pleasant and exceeded expectations, and my loved one really loved the fresh flowers!”
