“Ordered 2 bouquet for my grandmas bday as a trial. Fully Paid nov 1 in the evening and scheduled delivery nov 2. Experienced terrible customer service when following up delivery of my orders. then, when the flowers arrived one bouquet looked like it used leftover flowers. Don’t bother with this shop. They will scam you.”

“Knots has never disappointed me. The service has always been exemplary. So, whenever a colleague or friend would ask me where I order flowers or gift sets, easily I'd forward Knot's website as my top recommendation. “When you are having problems with delivery address please try other avenues to find solution to pin the address down. Better communication with customer could have been so much more appreciated.”
