“As usual, smooth transaction, received fresh and beautiful flowers. Knots is really my go to shop for flowers and others. Seller sent pictures of order before delivering. The delivery was on time. Previously bought flowers here for my parents and now gave one to my boss. She liked it! Thank you Knots ❤️”

“Very happy with the service from ordering online was easy specially if u are residing outside the country and wanted to send flowers to a love one in the Philippines. I liked that i was keep updated and photos was send before the delivery. I would recommend and order again .”

“I believe you can improve on the packaging for you to get a five-star rating. You can make the bag clear or transparent so people to appreciate the bouquet wrapper. You can also lengthen the bag or handle so that it can be easily carried or handled. Other than these, I am happy with your product.”

“second time to order from them and as before, I’m very happy with the service - delivery was timely, received photo of the flowers prior to delivery. This time, I ordered dried flowers with mug and cookies. It also came with a note. It was prepared so beautifully!”

“Ordering from the website was easy. I paid using Gcash, emailed my payment confirmation, and I received an acknowledgement within 10 minutes (very important). An hour before my scheduled delivery, they sent photos of the flower arrangement and note through Viber. I was pleased that my order looked the same as in their menu. Lalamove rider called me to confirm arrival of delivery. All of this was supported with email updates of the delivery. Best of all, my friend in the hospital felt super special. Thank you, Knots! Happy customer here. 💗”
