“The items took quite a long time to arrive and the quality and sizing was very varied. Some of the knicker styles are just useless at they fall down all the time,they have no elasticity to hold them up. It's a shame as I was looking forward to my new pants.”
“I think for the price range they're good, but for thicker thighs be warned the boxer style pants roll up pretty quick. Ordered a few pairs, got sent a tracking number, then an email the day after that mine weren't in stock and offered a refund or design replacement which was actually good customer service. They then took another couple of weeks to arrive. Overall not the best first impression, which is a shame because I genuinely love the idea of the brand.”
“unfortunately, after much anticipation the 2 bralettes I received did not fit - mainly because the seams did not align with my boobs and made me look like I had 2 extra nipples. When I asked to return them for another size, hoping that would help I was not allowed to and was offered a credit but not for the price I paid. really disappointed as I was really looking foward to looking funky in these.”
“The product kept me cool and is very comfortable. But the elastic around the chest (with clasp) feels rough to the touch and brought my sensitive skin out in a sore red rash. I’ve washed the bra with plenty of fabric conditioner and I’m hoping that’ll do the trick!!”
“While the pants I ordered are of good quality, I question the handling of user data- i received my package and removed the label only to discover another label with another persons information on it! Since the pants are individually packed and had clearly been unopened I wasn’t worried about hygiene but I still find this concerning.”

Sometimes our warehouse places a new shipping label over a voided one, but we'll definitely focus on removing those labels before shipping from now on.
