I had to choose an item from the clearance section because what I originally chose was on sale and wasn't anymore. No sort of compensation was offered like faster shipping, partial refund or a discount code for a future order. This was my first time ordering and I still haven't received my order (been 3 weeks). I was hoping to have a great experience so I could see if a subscription would be worth it.”

My first order I bought the boxers in my normal size, xl. They fit a little loose, so I then ordered a set in L and they are perfect. My only complaint is the suggestion to hand wash. I'm at work more than I'm at home so it's very inconvenient. Before I learned that, I washed some in the machine and it came out of the dryer with a hole. Feels bad.”
